A nasty and noisy dongen

Absolutely terrible place for family. I put my family info in your surch page and you gave me this option. An absolute nightmare for entire family. Extremely noisey, very small and dirty ensuite washroom, noisey beds, terrible closets, no washroom ventilation, mulded shower curtain, very poor breakfast, terrible lobby, terrible front desk and staff, terrible entrance ( no ramp to carry big language) very small and slow elevator, terrible cleaning staff, This list never ends. My family and I experienced 2 horrible nights in this dongen and are traumatized with whole thing.

Very loud.

There was quite hours at night but the staff never inforced them. I was woken several nights by people yelling and running through the halls for sometimes more then a hour. Also if you arnt a fan of screaming kids I wouldn't choose this hostel either. There is no kitchen like in a traditional hostel, but there is a free breakfast which was quite lovely. The room was quite clean and the beds rather comfy but to be honest the constant screaming in the hallways really ruined my stay.

Like living in residence at college.

We normally stay at ordinary hotels and ended up picking the hostel based on location and room selection. It was my first stay at a hostel. It was more like a hotel than I expected, yet there are numerous differences. Expect the expected when lodging with unsupervised youths: They were courteous, helpful and noisy. The staff at the front desk were cheerful and very helpful. There were no towels, soap or body wash supplied with the room, (though towels at least are supplied with some rooms). I was able to purchase inexpensive towels at the front desk. The hostel has its own cafeteria. Breakfast was included with the room. Other meals are also available. There is plenty of parking on Elisabethstrasse adjacent to the hostel. (Parkschein is €6 per day; paid at the machine on the street.) The bus/tram stop is a short walk away. Bus/tram/U-Bahn tickets/passes are available at the front desk. While the hostel is convenient to the Pinakotheks, there isn't much within walking distance. There is a gas station across the street. The Cafe Am Norbad, a few blocks away, on Schleissheimer and Hohenzollernstrasse was open when many other restaurants were not. The Cafe is a good place for a coffee, a beer, a snack or even a meal. The Wirtshaus Goerreshof, a few more blocks away on Schleissheimer and Goerresstrasse, is a good place for a beer or a traditional German meal

Good place for young fellow and group students

This is a good place for travelers especially young and big group of students together, location is also good, close to bus, 10 minutes walk to subway, front desk people are very nice and friendly.

Clean place to stay for 1-2 nights.

Room with bathroom was clean, but unfortunately cold, even with a radiator fully on. Breakfast really good. Simple but it is not the 5stars hotel to expect sth out of an average. I'm extreamly happy I took a room with own bathroom (no mention shared dormitory) because I would be afraid to walk to the shower and toilet alone. There was an organised group of people, which haven't been quiet, knocking to each other doors and speaking loud. I wouldnt realy recommend this place to solo travelling woman.

Ich war bis jetzt gerne mal gast in diesem hotel - zwar einfach mit viel buntem klientel, aber zentral gelegen und so auch o.k. für münchen schwabing. dieses mal jedoch, wohl dank corona - seltsame, meist assoziale und betrunkene mitgäste, noch wesentlich vereinfachteres "frühstücksbuffet", dafür teurer, und so für mich absolut inakzeptabel. sauberkeit und zimmerservice wesentlich liebloser, wohl dank der vermehrten auflagen. rezeption zuvorkommend und freundlich wie immer. schade, da ich gerne hier station mache - hoffentlich bessert sich die gesamtlage wieder.

Schnelles Check-In, sauberes Zimmer mit kleinem, seperatem WC und Dusche. Das Frühstück war gut, nur das Frühstückspersonal war leider etwas unfreundlich. Die Verkehrsanbindung war in Ordnung. In der Nähe fährt eine Straßenbahn, zur U-Bahn musste man ein ganzes Stück laufen.
