Along with an indoor pool, this smoke-free condo resort has a restaurant and a fitness centre. Additionally, a bar/lounge, a snack bar/deli and a coffee shop/cafe are on-site. Each condo provides a kitchenette with a fridge, a stovetop, a microwave and a dishwasher. For a bit of entertainment, guests will find a plasma TV with cable channels and a DVD player, and other amenities include a balcony and a coffee/tea maker.
Boardwalk Resorts - Flagship offers 220 accommodations with DVD players and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to balconies. Accommodation at this 3.5-star condo resort has kitchenettes with fridges, stovetops, microwaves and kitchenware and utensils. Bathrooms include a combined bath/shower unit, complimentary toiletries and hairdryers.

The individual unit we stayed in was clean but all the common areas, elevators and hallways were dirty. Carpets in the hallways of our floor looked appalling. There was a bar in the lobby of the hotel that was open the first day we were there but never again and none of the staff seemed to know when it was open or what the hours were. The restaurant served coffee to go but just had a large cup of communal sugar and when I asked for a spoon I was told to just pour it into my cup as they “couldn’t” give me a spoon. The unit itself was clean, spacious and a good price but overall, I was not impressed with the hotel, the staff or the amenities.

Nous avons adoré le balcon qui donne sur la mer et que la suite soit spacieuse. La petite cuisinette a été appréciée également. Le gros point négatif est qu’il fallait insister pour avoir des serviettes propres, du café, du papier de toilette. La chambre n’a pas été faite de la durée du séjour (4 nuits) mais au moins d’avoir ces éléments de remplacés sans avoir à intercepter une femme de chambre à chaque fois aurait été un minimum.

Good getaway right on the boardwalk

We were on a wee break with he kids. The suite was clean and had everything needed to make our own meals. The customer service at the front desk was excellent however, the other members of staff seemed to be bothered with a "good morning" or a "how are you." Maybe cultural difference?! The roof spa was nice and the pool was a good size but it was a bit too crowed for us. There is a water issue as the shower/bath water was slightly coloured. Even when the tub was filled, but not used, it was coloured and it left sediment on the bottom of the tub. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place, good value for money.

We found this hotel to be a real gem - the rooms were larger than expected, very spacious and the views of the ocean cannot be beat! The boardwalk is now outside the front door and the hotel is off on its own so that you can enjoy the peace and quiet, but is only a 1km walk down the boardwalk to find all of the activity - there is also free shuttles if you don’t want to do the walk. We were also pleasantly surprised to find them offering a kids club with different crafts and activities all day long! Our only complaints were that the building itself often had garbage/ used linens laying around the hallways (put out front rooms) that staff hadn’t picked up yet giving off not an appealing look, and we found it odd that we only received housekeeping once during our one week stay. However, this hotel is very affordable for what it offers and this is likely why. We would definitely stay again!

The room was fine but the pool was not attractive.... It is covered with a roof and not too clean. The neighborhood does not feel safe but it is near the near the boardwalk and a nice beach. The hotel staff was nice and efficient when we needed something. A nice stay overall.

I really enjoy my stay at this hotel I would recommend this hotel to any body I will give a big 5/5 the only thing I would point is that they need to remodel the hotel it’s a little out of date but the rest 5/5! Enjoy!

Luxurious Hotel away from the Casinos

Spacious room with kitchenette and balcony. Comfortable beds. The AC is positioned where the cold air is blowing at your head while your sleeping. Free shuttle to take you to the Casinos and the outlet.

Room was nice

Room had all amenities we needed for 3 people it has shuttles to boardwalk and casinos, had no air conditioning for a day and a 1/2 they came 3 times to fix it but still wasn't t working when we booked out overall it met our expectations

Great value with a lovely view

Would definitely recommend this hotel? Great views, serviceable rooms and jitneys provide easy access to all casinos and if you are over 62 are only 75 cents.

Great stay at Flagship!

Nice hotel with helpful employees. Whatever we asked for the staff was on the ball. Too far to walk to the beach with all our stuff, but parking is quite reasonable though. Loved being able to make few simple meals in room, we had askee for a large fridge.

Excellent Gem of a Hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was extremely clean, quiet,:awesome ocean view, spacious room, reasonably priced, really friendly yet professional staff, excellent service and attention. Close to boardwalk, great shuttle to casino hotels & boardwalk. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Wouldn't stay here again

- Room was old and worn. Cigarette burns in the bathroom sink, man's hair cuttings in the cabinet, dingy overall. - Balcony door lock was broken. Balcony railing was broken. On 31st floor. We have a toddler. This was NOT SAFE. Called maintenance - explained safety issue - said they would send someone up. NEVER DID. We ended up barricading the door ourselves. - VIP Services (aka Trying to Sell you a Timeshare) called to see how our check-in was, etc.... Told her room was disappointing, etc. Her response, "Oh. Well, can I tell you more about our properties to see if you are interested in purchasing a timeshare?" - Ummm, what? Did you not hear what I just told you? Yes, yes you did hear. You just chose to ignore it. Why would I want to learn more about your properties when you felt it was okay to put my family in the dingy outdated room we are in? No thanks. If you were smart, you'd put potential customers in your best suites and impress them. - Front desk staff, bellman, etc. - all wonderfully nice. - Hotel is more of a convenience than anything else. Especially with a young family (arcade, crafts, pool, laundry). - Would only stay here again if it were an emergency.

The hotel was very nice. Location not so great but they have a shuttle and you can go anywhere you want to on the Broadwalk. They have times when and where they pick you up. My husband and I had a good time. Went to the casinos, just to check them out not to gamble. Went to the outlet stores. Not much to do there. Casinos and stores were closed. I believe that someone call to sell us time share on one of the days we were there. They called our room that evening 3 times. We did not pick up. Not appreciated.

nice hotel but poor neigborhood

Nice hotel and clean. Friendly staff. Close to the boardwalk but not enough to go on foot. We had beautiful weather so we were mostly on the beach...but if it had rained, we would have had a good time in the hotel because there is an interior pool, spas,arcade , movie theatre and a fitness room inside the hotel. excellent choice of hotel for a family and very affordable. We would stay there again.

Ocean view is perfect. Balcony is unbelievable specious and you can totally feel the wind from ocean in the room. That's the best value. Kitchen is not served very well. Two washrooms are clean and upgraded.

The carpet was extremely smelly and dirty, also dusty evrywhere, elevator very very slow waiting time 15 to 30 min had to walk down from 12th floor with baby just to get on time to check out. Bad neighborhood. This hotel is not even 2 starts.

Not a safe place.

The elevators were very slow and the restaurants were not always open. There is no boardwalk near and we don't feel safe in the street neerby.
