Let’s start with the positive…the bed was very comfortable and the hotel is in a good location.
Overall a lot of issues with this property. We had 2 rooms and the noise factor was a real problem. With one room the street noise level was so high that we thought one of the windows was open. With the other room very loud music that went on until 2:45am.
The restaurant and any food options were virtually non-existent in the hotel. Permanently closed.
The valet parking situation was exceptionally flawed. As we did not have the opportunity to self-park we were at the mercy of the ONE parking attendant. We were late for our dinner reservation due to having to wait at least 20 minutes for the car to be brought up. At one point the valet brought our car up and proceeded to drive down the wrong way with our car on the one way street in front of the hotel.
When we arrived early there was no early check in available, which was fine, but our luggage was stored in a non-secured area of the lobby.
We will not be returning to the RL Hotel Baltimore.
