Clean & spacious with nice balcony overlooking the park. Good bed linen & shower/towels. No air con but don’t need it as kept blinds closed & there was a large fan that we didn’t use, even though it was >30 degrees. Would recommend. Easy walking to all major attractions

Stayed in apartment at 25 Studencka which was a short walk from Market Square. The apartment was in a quiet area next to a tree lined Park I have stayed in a number of apartments,this was the best. Absolutely Beautiful. highly recommend.

Nice place with a great location. The apartment is about 2 blocks from the main square. It is about a 15-20 minute walk from the train/bus station. We had a great time in Krakow.

The Fragola Apartment was very conveniently located near the Krakow Old Town Square and most of the places we wanted to see and visit. It was clean and comfortable and easy to access with the key codes that were delivered in a timely manner. The sofa makes out into a bed, but there were no linens for it.

Good service and nice location.

Good location and also nice service from the host. Really nice with the codesystem on the door. We had a problem with the heatsystem, but when we asked for help they immediately got it fixed and also gave us a free breakfast at the cafe not far from the appartment. The breakfast was amazing! The windowblends was in bad shape and should be changed. Still we had a good night sleep and all in all a nice stay. Thank you!

The location was excellent . Didn’t like the constant bombardment from the company about arrival and departure times. Flat was in a block which was security monitored and getting food deliveries was difficult . Discovered an insect on my pillow on the last night of our stay .

Fantastic apartment in a great location

Wonderful apartment in a fabulous location. Easy access to the apartment via a code and instructions and picture made it easy to locate. The inside of the apartment was beautiful and very clean, beds were very comfortable and some nice added extras such as bottled water and tea, coffee, sugar and cleaning products. My only feedback would be that we would have liked access to more towels.

Lovely apartment, the building it’s in not so much

Lovely apartment in a prime location for Krakow. On arrival, we noticed we didn’t have enough towels and our son’s bed hadn’t been made up. This was rectified first thing the following morning. Only downfall is the building the apartment is in, it’s a bit run down, you have to walk past a shop, through a courtyard and then up 67 steps to reach the apartment with no lift. This would stop us booking again but couldn’t fault the apartment and facilities within it.

On a lovely, lively pedestrianized street with handy shops and places to eat, in walking distance of shopping, a great park, and public transport, this apartment is in a perfect location for a city break. The apartment is on the second floor of a lovely building, with good security, and everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. My only very small complaint was that the blinds let in too much light early morning (and slightly broken). So, really happy with our stay in Fragola Apartments and can highly recommend. Loved Poland too, a beautiful country!

Positives -apartment was really clean and tidy with good facilities and not too far from main square. -Good Wi-Fi Negatives -Wasn’t told it was a residential building until after booking was paid and confirmed. -Wasn’t at the location we thought (just off main square - that’s the reception) and wasn’t given exact address until 30 minutes before check in time when we were on the plane. -No shower, luke warm water. -TV wasn’t working. -Noise from apartment above at 7.15am on first morning using power tools. -Noise from other apartments on 3rd night could be heard through the ventilation grille (tv blaring and voices until 3am.

Honest feedback

Accomodation was not at the stated address. Our taxi dropped us at the reception address then we needed to walk across town to find our actual apartment. The apartment was out of the main old town area (5 min walk). Even though it was a nice standard we had anticipated staying at the advertised location. There was some water and tea/coffee but a small portion of milk as you find at many similar places would be good. I appreciate when a place offers customers good communication but I felt a little bombarded with emails and text messages. Maybe they could ease of hounding people when they are away. Finally the airport shuttle and tourist trips they offer were very expensive compared to alternatives available. We opted to book elsewhere and got a much better deal for both.

Overall a disappointing stay for the price paid in the Tomasza 3br due to sub par management. Pros: Great location Spacious and relatively modern apartment. 24 hour security Lovely glass walled dining room Cons: One of the showers barely drained at all. After 30 seconds you were standing in a gross pool of water. They were slow to address and I finally gave up and told them don’t bother coming on the last day of our 3 day visit. Dirty floors. Socks/feet were black very quickly. No dishwasher pods or paper towels. When I called they said they would bring pods but they don’t provide a starter roll of paper towels. No air conditioning but I believe they advertise as such so can’t really fault for that but just want people to be aware. Maybe I would have given 4 stars if management addressed these items in a timely manner or if the price was lower but for top tier price standards should be higher.
