Bargain accomodation in central area

The apartment was much better than i thought for a 2*, it was clearly 3*+ The place was spacious and clean, the pool was great and the ambiance relaxing. The check in process was long though and only one staff member one the sink a little blocked. But overall a comfortable 4* experience for the stay.

Great place to stay, friendly and beautiful place! One thing it should say about the deposit that’s refunded after the stay, should be stated before hand. Top place and I’ll be back again!

Good hotel helped by friendly staff

It was in a busy area but the staff dealt with our request to put us in a quiet area of the hotel. We also had great service from Diego the young receptionist who helped us with some important administration throughout our trip which was so kind.

Great location. Fantastic price. Would stay here again no problem. However pool small and paid extra for internet but Wi-Fi was free everywhere and was good so the extra payment was not needed

My room had a glass front door with no curtains or blind. Was very bright at night. I did report to reception but nothing was done. Quite a noisy hotel. Would not recommend staying with children. Rooms quite dated.

Great location and clean

Great location. Close to beach and main area. They also have a shower you can use once youve checked out. Helps when you have a late flight as check out time is 10am. Only problem on our stay was there was a group that made a lot of noise coming back from a night out on a couple of days around 2am/3am but guess we were just unlucky there. Not hotels fault.

Mix of people stay from groups of girls and lads to families and couples, pool can become very busy later afternoon, rooms are clean and tidy. Very quiet in room at night to sleep. Easy walkable to beaches and Siam park. After check out they have a shower and give you new towels to use for them if you ask at front desk

Very quiet even though it was near to a lot of bars. Rooms were basic but comfortable and spacious. Pool very small but lovely temperature. Had a problem with our door not shutting properly and the staff were not very helpful and didn’t seem to want to fix the situation until we pushed for something to be done. Apart from this other staff on check in were lovely and the hotel did the job for our stay.

Showers could use some work; staff was sweet

The stay was great. The pool was nice. It seemed to be a budget stop for a lot of the clientele. The staff were beyond sweet and took great care of us. The cheap portion was in the room construction unfortunately. The shower sprayed directly at the door and could not be adjusted. Because they made the room with the cheapest materials possible the shower door did not extend to the floor and so anytime a shower was taken the room and the hallways flooded. I guess they save money on the water bill as no one can take a long shower or they’ll be swimming when they step out. Other than that the room was clean and nice. The air conditioning worked well and we enjoyed the breeze from the small private patio.
