The location is vey good, as it is 3 minutes to the main plaza. However, the building is old and there are only minimum equipment.

Ein toller Urlaub in einer sehenswerten Stadt.

Tolle Lage in der Nähe vom Piazza Duomo und Fischmarkt. Von diesem B & B aus kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Catanias zu Fuß erreichen. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig aber das ist halt Italien. Die Vermieterin ist eine ganz liebe und nette Frau. Ich hätte sogar die Küche benutzen können. Catania und Umgebung ist auf alle Fälle eine Reise wert. Ich werde nächstes Jahr wieder nach Sizilien fliegen.

B & B centrale

A 5 minuti a piedi dal Duomo, strada facendo c'è il teatro greco e quindi senza perdite di tempo.B & B Silenzioso e confortevole, gentilissima la signora Cettina. Pecche: assente la seconda abat-jour, prese di corrente; asciugamano scarsi e serratura della camera un po" difettosa, ma sopratutto è la stessa chiave del bagno esterno di pertinenza (che sia una x tutte le camere?). Pecche a parte, lo consiglio.

Decent budget option

Very clean and reasonably comfortable. The breakfast was not fantastic and the air conditioning not the best. But very helpful staff, overall there is nothing wrong with staying here.

costo basso ma comunque deludente

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo b and b io e il mio fidanzato per una sola notte. La posizione è centrale e la proprietaria molto disponibile ma mi rincresce dover puntualizzare anche degli aspetti negativi. La struttura è maleodorante, sicuramente ciò è dovuto al fatto che il bb si trova in una antico palazzo ma un'opera di svecchiamento è indispensabile. Appena entrati in bagno ci siamo accorti di non essere da soli:uno scarafaggio giaceva morto accanto al water. Il bagno è piuttosto datato e andrebbe ristrutturato. La colazione non è delle migliori e non si pretende che lo sia visto il costo irrisorio del pernottamento ma si può fare di più.

Ho prenotato tramite hotel.com ma dicevano che non era pervenuta, secondo me avevo una tariffa bassa ed ero solo, quindi guadagnavano di più in modo diverso...

Centrale, pulito, un po' rumoroso

Stanze grandi, spaziose e luminose. Si sente abbastanza il rumore del traffico sulla centralissima via Vittorio Emanuele sottostante. Il bagno, esterno ma dedicato alla camera, è completo di tutto, con sanitari e impianti un po' datati; peccato per la doccia di dimensioni troppo ridotte. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile, ottimo prezzo.

Hotel ohne Komfort aber Innenstadtnähe

Kleines B&B Hotel mit 4 Zimmern in guter Altstadtlage. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es in der Altstadt in sehr geringer Anzahl und sind bereits belegt. Politessen sind allgegenwärtig und verteilen auch nachts Knöllchen. Je nach Straße sollte man bis 7 EUR an Parkgebühren einkalkulieren. Der Frühstücksraum besteht aus einen Tisch mit 4 Gartenstühlen in einem Flur. Auf die ungewöhnliche Kälteperiode war das Hotel nicht vorbereitet (undichtes Fenster, AC und Zentralheizung ohne Funktion). Aufgrund des Jahreswechsel überhöhter Preis. Freundliche Gastgeberin.

Sorprese...

Il personale gentilissimo ci accoglie. Purtroppo però il bagno era fuori dalla stanza, cosa non scritta nella recensione. Inoltre nella ricevuta di expedia c'era scritto che non avrei dovuto versare soldi all'hotel perchè avevo già pagato con la carta. Una volta lì mi hanno fatto pagare perchè il proprietario non possiede conto corrente per cui non mi avevano in realtà scalato nessuna cifra dalla carta. Questo ho verificato era vero però bisogna dirlo prima! Inoltre la colazione che doveva essere dalle 8:30 è stata servita in realtà dopo e la doccia scarseggia di acqua calda. Peccato perchèla struttura è proprio vicino al centro comodissima, dovrebbe essere solo gestita meglio o con più chiarezza!

La salle de bain était commune et sur le palier. Très génant. Le petit déjeuner est difficile à avoir (le personnel vient quand il veut - il n 'y a pas d'horaire fixe. Assez décevant !

Billig og autentisk

Billig, sentralt plassert i en sidegate fra hovedgaten i Catania, med store rom og helt grei standard. NB; dette er ikke hotell, men et leilighetskompleks der man har egne rom, eget bad i gangen og deler kjøkken med andre tilsvarende enheter. Leiligheten er ikke fresh og lekker, men helt grei standard og du får følelsen av å bo veldig autentisk midt i byen. Vi anbefaler det gjerne videre!

Personnel serviable et agréable. Grande chambre mais l'hôtel a vraiment besoin d'investir en matière d'isolation - ex double vitrage ou autre. Notre chambre était côté rue mais les fenêtres sont vieilles et ne se ferment plus très bien de haut en bas. Résultat : toutes les nuits on entendait les bruits des voitures et surtout des gens qui parlaient fort en bas de notre rue jusqu'à 3 h du matin. Dommage car on y restait 5 nuits !

Fint værelse. Mærkelig service.

Fint, stort værelse hvis man er på budget. Dog problematisk service. Vi ventede en halv time udenfor, inden nogen lukkede os ind. Det er nærmest et lejlighedskompleks, som ikke indeholder en reception. De der skulle servicere kom udefra. Den person der skulle servicere os mest kunne ikke tale eller forstå engelsk. Morgenmaden eksisterede slet ikke, men vi orkede ikke at brokke os, da vi kun skulle være der en dag. Alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse! Men stedet ligger dog fint i forhold til byens fiske- og frugtmarked.

Colazione misera e sempre in ritardo- gestita da 2 ragazzine ke arrivavano sempre in ritardo...invece di far colazione alle 8 dovrevamo sempre aspettare 30 min Doccia microscopica su bagno privato ma esterno alla camera

Ikke for alle

Antico Teatro minder meget om selve Catania, både B&B'en og byen har sin egen trashede charme. Store og gode værelser,men alt var slidt og flere ting fungerede ikke som bruseren og værst af alt låsen i porten. Så vi måtte have hjælp af naboerne til at komme ind. Men meget hjælpsomme og søde værter og central belligenhed og rimelig pris.
