Great hotel for the price.

Room was lovely and very clean. Access full time to the dining area was a bonus. Parking was a couple blocks away but no problem if you are fit. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

Very good

Great stay. Staff were very good and the hotel is very nice. The only negative we found were the bathrooms due to the fact that we had a very old shower area, a weird bathroom and a miniature sink. It was not at all comfortable for cleaning up.

Gem within walking distance of centre core.

English speaking staff ready to answer questions and help when needed. Beautiful garden area, very secure, bountiful breakfast bar open 24 hrs. Modern appointments in a rustic building/room. A perfect blend of old and new. Only gripe would be paid for 3 nights and only got bottled water and toiletries the first night. otherwise, top notch and a bit of luxury at the end of the Camino!

Worst experience in my whole 3 weeks travel

The staffs in fromt were very slow and uncaring. Looked tired and a kind of upset. Moreover, house keeper just throw away all my toothbrush, toothpaste, personal shampoo and lotion in the bathroom. I had to buy them all. Thru my 40+ years of traveling in the world I never experienced like this. Hard to believe.

A very old stone building very nicely renovated and modernized. Our room had small windows but the stone fireplace and old sink were gorgeous; the A/C worked great. We had the hotel breakfast one morning--it was fine, reasonable cost; but there are plenty of cafés nearby as well. Alda corp evidently runs several similar hotels in Santiago.
