Although there was clean bedding on the bed the carpet was disgusting, our room was hidden in this corner overlooking a sketchy parking lot, the entrance to our room smelt like urine, the bathroom was old and dated - the casino stinks of cigarettes which permiate into the restaurant - we had dinner at the restaurant and my pork chop was very yummy everything else was just ok. Couldnt wait to get out of this place.

My room smelled like rat poop, it was nasty. Good thing we had some lysol, that helped a lot. Other than that, everything was good!

It’s not always easy to find a room that fits a family my size but when I do & & it’s near the location we’ll be spending our time, that’s a plus! However I was disappointed to see the price go up based on how many of us were staying. But overall, the parlor room is a great room.

This was my first time at Lake Tahoe, and my first time staying at Lakeside Inn. We really enjoyed our experience. It's an older facility, but that also adds to the charm. The room was clean and comfortable, and decently spacious, especially for the price. We enjoyed some gambling and a few drinks in the Casino, along with a little time in the outdoor hot-tub. The staff was also very nice. For the price, this place is a good value.

The hotel shows its age and feels a little run down. The swimming pool was welcome after a hot day. The hotel is about a mile from Stateline; walkable if you don't want to pay for parking! I strongly recommend the Red Hut cafe for breakfast.
