The staff members were very friendly and helpful. They also communicated great in English. This hotel is super clean and peaceful, beautiful! Our room was spacious, clean and great amenities. I loved that we had the pictures and countries of the staff members at the front desk, so cute! I will definitely stay here again! 100% recommended!

The hotel is in a great neighborhood location, walkable to tourist sites and train stations. The room was quite large, clean, and spacious, the front desk was really helpful with answering questions and providing guidance. It was great having an on site laundry at the hotel where we washed our clothes in the evening.

Very good hotel. We had an apartment for 4 people which was incredible: large, well equiped, calm, comfortable... Simply, this place was the best of our stay in Japan !! And last but not least, there is plenty of space and capacity to store your luggage and clothes.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful, assisting us with calling restaurants to make advance reservations and arranging taxi bookings. The hotel rooms were very clean, and by Japanese standards, the room size was quite spacious. The location is also very convenient—quiet yet close to the action. Highly recommended!
