Sprungbrett für Durchreise mit etwas Aufenthalt

Freundlicher Empfang. Jedoch bei Frage nach Unterstützung in einer Internet-Sache das Gefühl, etwas hochnäsig behandelt zu werden. Sonst alles gut. Restaurant im Hotel war auch okay. Kurzer Weg zur Metro.

zentral gelegens Hotel, kurzer Fußweg zu zwei Metr

Das Hotel macht einen guten optischen Eindruck, ist zentral gelegen , zwei Metro-Bahnhöfe sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist gewöhnunsbedürftig,- eben englisch. Zu wenig Obst, Joghurt und andere leichte Sachen,- aber gutes Omelett auf Wunsch.

Att bli förödmjukad.....

Jag var där för att möta upp en god vän ,som jag skulle fortsätta resa med( nästa stop är sri lanka ) hotellet var bra med bra service och så, men tyvärr fick jag inte ta upp min gäst på rummet pga att ; detta är ett familje-hotell ,och då går det inte att ta upp gäster på rummet ,svarade de . Och antydde att hon (min gäst) var prostituerad! Jag blev arg och min vän kände sig kränkt och nervärderad. Men hon ville inte ställa till en scen , och göra saken värre ... Jag förstår hotellets inställning till sådant , men vad har de för rätt att döma någon på detta vis?!?... Jag orkar inte tjafsa om sådant , pga att jag vet att det finns kulturella skillnader. Men personalen har ändå ingen rätt att döma människor på detta sätt, tycker jag. Mvh Peter Halvarsson

Certainly not a hotel for business travellers

While the staff are friendly, the facilities in this hotel are not up to scratch. The 'business centre' was not available when I needed to use the computer, the internet was patchy and wifi passwords were not available on two of the days I requested them. The swimming pool was under renovation, and an email beforehand to make me aware of this fact would have been appreciated.

Mit ophold er nok beskæmmet af, at der ikke som lovet var swimmingpool åben, internettet fungerede kun delvist og hotellet var meget lidt fleksible med anvendelse af betalingsmåder for hotellets faciliteter såsom bar og restaurant, internet osv. som alt sammen skulle betales kontant ved levering eller med anvendelse af kreditkort - men ikke ved at påføre dette på værelses afregningen

Dirty, rude but a good location

The hotel is located close to the airport and a short walk from the Metro line in central Dubai. It is reasonably priced given the size of the room and the location. However, the staff were rude throughout my stay and my room was not clean. I found numerous long black hairs throughout the bedroom and bathroom and a cigarette butt in the bathroom.

I stayed in this hotel two nights. Positive ;Excellent location, staff courteous,clean bed and bath room. No bed bug. 24 hour hot water supply Short comings: Room is very compact and crowded with unwanted pieces of furniture. In the night bar, drinks are expensive. Free break fast is very poor. Could improve the quality. Free breakfast is used as an attraction only. Menu can be better.Overall this hotel is OK for staying a day or two
