    Hotel com sérios problemas de limpeza, encontrei no quarto infestação de formigas, no corredor uma considerável quantidade de pernilongos, quarto com paredes manchadas, ar condicionado em péssimas condições. Serviço de wifi deficiente.

    Péssimo atendimento e cancelamento de reserva

    Infelizmente o hotel desfez minha reserva, alterando a mesma para uma outra data, dizendo ainda que eu havia feito a reserva errada. Depois disso, incrivelmente o atendente achou a reserva e ainda disse que era para solteiro, não bastasse informou que onproblema não era deles (do hotel), mas sim da operadora que havia feito o bloqueio (hotéis.com), resultado fomos para um outro hotel as 22 horas, depois de uma viagem de 8 horas de carro. Em nenhum momento houve vontade do atendente em nós instalar neste hotel, e, pior, a mentira em falar de que a reserva foi feita errada por duas vezes, já que eu estava com o comprovante em mãos.

    A buscar no site fiquei impressionado com as fotos, chegando no hotel, os atendentes simplesmente me ignoraram, tive que levar uma mala pesada ao segundo piso e nem sequer ofereceram ajuda (não tem elevador). O Ar condicionado não tinha controle no quarto, fiquei aguardando eles localiza-lo. A internet péssima, para baixar os e-mails tive que ficar no corredor e para finalizar, no café da manhã não foi feita a reposição dos alimentos (frios e café). Pelo preço cobrado, esperava bem mais.

    Devido ao fato de termos ido a negócios, ficamos pouco tempo durante o dia no hotel, mas à noite nos sentimos confortáveis, tendo elogios a tecer ao café da manhã do hotel, de muito boa qualidade e variedade, funcionários atenciosos, todavia, acho que para ficar melhor, poderiam ter pátio interno para estacionamento dos veículos dos hóspedes, que ficam vulneráveis à ação de vândalos e amigos do alheio estando do lado de fora em pátio aberto.
