Best view and location in Johor Bahru

Best location in Johor. Nearby all the food and shopping areas. Beautiful view and the rooms are spacious and clean. There is even a dining table, a living room and kitchenette for your cooking if there is a need to. Its pricey but it is worth the money for the comfort and feel of home

Good apartment for a family staycation

We stayed in the 3 bedroom alartment and it was fantastic. It was clean and furnishings were in good condition. There was a kitchen and a dining area as well as hall/coffee table and small balcony. Very convenient location as well.

Last time staying here

All the lifts were down and wasted time to use cargo lift 30 mins each time. Stayed 3 nights and maintenance still cannot fix the lift. Definitely give this property a miss. Horrid experience and just spoil the holiday mood.

Location is excellent, lots of good food and shopping centre. Staffs were not attentive enough,; bookes 2 nites but eoom card only activates dor 1 day. Carparkinf card also, did not activate… counter staff shld be more sensitive to such things and frustration of customers…

Aircon in all rooms did not come on at all when we first check in. Had to wait 2 hours and even call maintenance before aircon came on. Aircon was also intermittent throughout the night. Property is very nice and clean though.

Love the hotel but not this time round

I have stayed here multiple times and have always love the hotel. However this was the worse experience i had. Firstly the door was not functioning well. I had to change both my keycards at least 5 times over my 3 nights stay. Also when i check into the room, the tv was welcoming another guest name instead, it seem like they have just decided to swop my room. Also the shower head was set so high that i could not reach it and had to use the rain shower. I did not have these issues when i stayed in this hotel previously so i am not sure if it is this room. Just a suggestion, please install some racks in the shower for guests who would like to use their own toiletries.

I was given at level 33 room 11 Check-in the wifi has no internet connection Check with reception counter and was told it takes a while Later after my dinner, check and found still the same wifi have no internet connection Reception counter told it is the server issues and get back to us but never Called again later & was told technician will come to my room and check Technician came and say it is not hotel server but the service provider outside No notice from the hotel or follow up at all till I check out Very disappointed stay at this hotel. Hotel not maintained well.

Just sharing our experience & observation. We (4pax) checked in to Suasana Suites Hotel Johor Bahru along Jalan Trus on 21/06/2024, Friday. Upon check-in, we realized that only 1 guest lift, out of the 4, is working. There was a notice at the frontdesk dated 11/06/2024, informing that all 4 guest lifts are out of order & only the service lift was available. With 1 guest lift & 1 service lift available at the point of our check-in, we took an average of 40mins to wait for either lift. 2nd guest lift was up & running on 23/06/2024. This incident had compromised our experience with the hotel. There was no effort made for service recovery. The room itself was poorly maintained. Clothes holder behind bathroom door was loose, towel rack was loose, bathroom tap fell off, kitchen tap was leaking, toilet roll holder was loose, cockroach in the living room. We stayed at Level 29, we were able to hear the music from Lepak Corner quite clearly till wee hours on Friday & Saturday. In the morning, the construction sound started as early as 8am. This is my second time here. The first time was in Aug 2023 and I had a good experience- bed was comfortable and room was clean. But I can’t say the same this time round. I will think twice about booking this hotel again.

Defects to follow up.

Room was comfortable. However there is some defects we found in the room need to be improve and I have spoken to the duty manager and housekeeping team. 1. Master room balcony sliding door has a cracked line and fingerprints. 2. Leaking stains found at master bed room ceiling, it is very weird when lying on the bed. 3. Master bed room grouting condition is not up to standard. 4. Living room toilet bowl seat cover loose. 5. Air vent grill seem like falling down. A silicone layer not fill up. 6. Ants coming out from the entrance door frame all the way till kitchen counter. 7. Living room window counter dusty and Fingerprints. (Housekeeping team have cleaned on the spot after received comment) I am happy with my stay and the fast response to the team and the room should need to do preventive maintenance.
