The room was very clean and spacious! Large double bed with dressing table, chair, wardrobe and fridge. There was a flat screen TV on the wall with a range of channels. We had large sliding glass doors leading out to a little pond which was a lovely extra. Our towels were changed daily and toiletries replenished and the room cleaned. The staff were very friendly and helpful with our queries.
The only downside was that we were on the ground floor by the lift and stairs and so it became noisy with people going in and out. The hallway light was also left on for people returning back late at night which made the room light up through our glass door. The bathroom is quite small but great for a couple of nights stay.
Great service from the people at the reception. Had one night in the deluxe svit facing the street wich made it a bit noisy. The bed in the svit was the biggest one I ever seen. Second night in a standard room wich was much more quiet.
This is a cheap hotel. You get what you pay for.
It is nothing fancy, but it is decent. One of the days we had to explicitly ask for our room to be cleaned and towels replaced. The bathroom is small with shower head in front of the toilet, you basically shower in the toilet. It's weird but not too bad. The room was spacious, and we found the hard mattress to be comfortable. The staff are kind and helpful.
This hotel is in a small street and tours don't pick up customers from it, but there are other nearby hotels you can get picked up from (e.g. Sunland).
There's a local good place next door, not too bad and always open.
I was here for 3 nights. I booked a standard room but was upgraded to deluxe room for free. Nga the receptionist was helpful and spoke English well.
There was an elevator so going to the 4th floor was not a problem.
The room is clean with a/c, fan, TV (lots of movie channels), cupboard, desk, chairs, fridge, toiletries, bathtub, hot water, kettle, slippers, window with view etc. There were many euro-plug points and good lighting.
The only thing I didn't like was the presence of ants!
Friendly staff. Comfy room (1) with a minimalistic bathroom which was totally expectable for the price. However there was a cockroach infestation which I've reported and they've hopefully dealt with.
Cleanliness, every need and comfort was met in the room, from space to elegant furniture,
Victoria , the owner was very considerate and helpful.
Even though there was a night watchman, we felt ill at ease when we came down early in the morning and saw that the front door was under padlock.
