Boa localização mas carece de melhorias

Começando pela recepção posso dizer que o staff é muito educado, prestativo e atencioso, no entanto, o ambiente é literalmente um forno! O tempinho que aguardamos pelo check-in quase derretemos. No quarto que era bem amplo a única observação foi no banheiro que não tem box de vidro apenas uma cortina que é menor que a altura até a barreira para segurar a água, resultado? Toda vez que tomávamos banho o banheiro ficava alagado. O café da manhã é bem repetido mas pelo custo benefício vale a pena! O ponto forte do hotel certamente é o seu staff e a proximidade do Salvador shopping

péssimo hotel so tem ótima localização

hotel muio antigo e mau cuidado,nada haver com as fotos no site, o banheiro vira piscina. Funcionários são educados e prestativos. A localização é ótima e só.

Hotel bem localizado

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo a paradas de ônibus e estação de metrô e principalmente, próximo ao Salvador shopping. O quarto é enorme, bem confortável e limpo, e o café da manhã tb é bem decente. Mas o valor da diária poderia ser um pouco mais barato. No geral é ok.

Tive uma ótima recepção. Funcionários educados e simpáticos. Quarto limpo e confortável. Bom café da manhã. Piscina limpa. A academia é pequena, mas é suficiente. Chuveiro com água quente e boa pressão. Foi uma ótima experiência! Ótimo custo benefício e muito bem localizado. Recomendo! Pontos negativos: a tv do quarto, apesar de ser a cabo, tem uma péssima imagem. Não estava funcionando quando entrei no quarto, então precisei, eu mesmo, apertar o cabo da antena para melhorar. Os canais voltaram, mas a imagem é de tv analógica bem ruim. Não me importei tanto porque não é uma coisa que geralmente eu use com frequência em um hotel. A academia foi suficiente para mim pq estava sozinho. Mais pessoas já ficariam muito apertadas. É daquelas academias que, com um espaço pequeno que sobrou, e para colocar um "diferencial" no hotel, é montada. Ou seja. Um lugar muito pequeno, com máquinas amontoadas. Tem academia? Tem! Mas é apertada.

Recepcionista da noite péssimo

As meninas da recepção foram muito atenciosas e prestativas. O recepcionista da noite péssimo, mal educado, preconceituoso, tratamento péssimo e desinformado. Quando eu cheguei, disse que minha reserva havia sido cancelada, que aquilo não era horário de chegar. Meu vôo chegou 3h00, logo, cheguei no hotel 3h30 e o mesmo me disse tudo isso. Eu argumentei que no site está que o check in é a partir das 14h00 e não entrada apenas 14h00. Além disso, eu disse que já havia pagado, que não poderia cancelar. Péssimo atendimento. Ele quis que eu me senti-se coagida. Escolham bem seus funcionários da noite, principalmente para não atenderem com cara de mal humor as pessoas que chegam de viagem.
