Pros: smooth check in, large room, food ar the buffet offered a wode variety and kids zone, highlight fresh made omlettes at breakfast and tacos at supper, staff were very helpful, game room, activities throughout the day: zumba, bingo, trivia. Hotel needs love , the beach is dirty, not because the hotel they do a really good cleaning every day , but the hotel have a port next to it , and the workers of the boats do not disposed the garbage the correct way. The hotel food is limited but excellent, the proteins are very tender never dry. The entertainment is really good too.

All Ritmo was fantastic. All the staff were super friendly. Good was great. Jesus at the kids water park took great care of us. Thanks Jesus. Kept the drinks flowing while kids played. We would definitely come back to All Ritmo again. If you like small and intimate this is the place.

My family had a great time the kids enjoyed the waterpark. House keeping was daily. Staff friendly and accommodative. Caribbean restaurant had the best food. Other restaurants food needed seasoning. Drink mixes were diluted and the bathroom needed minor repairs.
