Within a couple minutes to S-bahn service. Excellent medium size grocery very nearby. The property needs English instructions to operate washer and dryer. Otherwise, very nice property in aparment bldg. Would recommend.

Our wonderful stay

The hotel is very clean and neat. Room is spacious, the bed and sofa bed are comfortable. And a well-equipped kitchen. Toilet is very clean too. The hotel location is very convenient, only 5mins walk from train station. The neighbourhood is very quiet and there's also a supermarket nearby. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, she had recommended us some churches and Xmas markets to go. We enjoy our stay here very much, and hope to come back again.

Excellent location. Near grocery store, Oktoberfest location and transportation stops. Safe neighborhood and the easiest check in process I have had in all my experiences with hotels/stays in general. Only missed the checkout instructions but when I message the host I got immediate response, super easy process for checkout as well. Nice furniture, the building is pretty nice and the apartment had all we needed to prepare quick breakfasts and meals. Would go back to this place!

Pleasant stay, would stay again

Great stay with S bahn stop and Edeka supermarket so close. Helpful staff at check-in. Spacious studio apartment well sized for family of 3, terrific shower and water pressure, very clean bathroom, well stocked kitchenette, large wardrobes. There's an entertainment venue just across an open square which is good if you're attending something, but maybe shut windows before bed so you don't hear the noise from partygoers going home in the early morning hrs. Would have been nice to receive printed instructions about how to deal with trash and recycling (eventually found these in the basement), maybe an extra garbage bin bag?

Apartment was okay. Seems like there was a problem with the booking as on our 3rd night two males tried to come into our apartment even unlocked the door and said we were in their apartment??!! Glad we were there to let them know we were there, or else they could have been in our apartment with all of our things?? Very scary this happened that they gave out our room key?? Also no contact or apology from management. Definitely not good enough!

Worst hotel I had ever booked. On the day of arrival, Expedia emailed me to inform that my confirmed booking at Pandion Boardinghouse was cancelled. While on tour and traveling to Munich, I had to speak to Expedia, and find another place to stay on my own. I understand from Expedia that the only excuse was system error. This was very puzzling to me as I was liaising with Pandion Boardinghouse on late check-in and was even given the password to enter the premises. The very late cancellation by Pandion Boardinghouse resulted in a lot of stress trying to secure a place on the day of check-in and it was made worst as Munich was hosting a big event. The hotels that I tried kept getting unavailable with the connection issues I faced trying to book while travelling. This is no way to treat a customer who booked and was confirmed a room for 4 nights! Where does Pandion Boardinghouse expect me to stay the next 4 nights if I could not secure a room! Pandion Boardinghouse gave me a very poor and thorough unprofessional impression with its handling of my booking.

El apartamento estaba limpio y era bonito! Como punto negativo: el sillón para la tercera persona es súper duro, muy incómodo! Nos dieron un colchón fino para poner arriba. No hay cafeterías cerca para desayunar. Al lado de una parada de metro y un súper. Y lo más importante a destacar es que se aseguren de tener un código para la llave!! Por qué cierran la recepción a las 12:30h del medio día. A nosotras no nos lo mandaron y nos encontramos con varias personas en la puerta los días que nos alojamos que estaban en la misma situación!!!

Staying at the Pandion Boarding house was great. This was a great location if you’re attending Oktoberfest. Super close. Grocery store around the corner which made very easy to get some supplies. Definitely recommend!

Just as described. Was very clean. Easy to check in and check out. Very clean and up to date. Walkable from the S Bahn which can get you to the airport, Munich Central train station or the U Bahn lines in minutes. We walked to Oktoberfest everyday. Grocery store 2 mins around the corner with bakery and cafe right inside. Perfect for us.
