Older well maintained building. Wasn’t fancy but the location location location was great! Restaurant was very good…..don’t miss eating there. The staff at the hotel were really helpful & kind. I especially appreciated Patty, Suzy, Francesca, Luccia. They are more than happy to help you. Loved my stay here!!

Very old hotel,needs to be updated. Bed was comfortable air conditioning worked. For one night it was ok. Front desk staff accommodating. Breakfast was good and quick service. Area is very lively....

The internet is very bad to NILL. When we checked in, our bathroom ceiling was leaking water from above and the floor was wet. I would look for something more modern for this price range.

The cheapest hotel rate in south beach. But need to check out before 11.30 ,Also the bathroom door need to push it hard to close it. Staff are friendly and the best location!

Hotel is very old, clean but very old. No microwave in the room. Shower is 10000 years old. I booked the premium room and it was not premium at all. No safe in the room. I asked the front desk if they have a safe box they said no. So i had to go everywhere with all my personal belongings with me.

First and last time.

I only stayed here for a quick three nights prior to taking a cruise and I am all about finding a good deal in my travels. However, I also expect cleanliness and to feel comfortable during my stay. I have never been a person to expect the best of the best hence why I’m paying the lower price. However, this will be my last time staying here. The hotel is very dated and this didn’t bother me too much but there were also stains on the comforter so I could only sleep with the sheet and luckily I brought my own pillow cases to put over the pillows. I didn’t feel comfortable taking my shoes off and wore my flip flops in the shower (lol I’ve never ever done that before) and the walls are paper thin. We had our tv on in the room on volume number 4 (very low) and you could hear it word for word in the hallway. In addition to this, there were people in the room next door with music going and we could hear their full conversation as if we were there with them. Staff were very friendly. However, this will be my last time staying here and I suggest even if you are travelling on a budget like I do, please spend a little extra and stay somewhere nicer than here.

This is an old hotel with amazing location. Quiet for the most part but that will depend on your neighbours. Room was clean. Bed for me was okay but i could see people complaining. But really for 100 can / night on Ocean Drive you will find the same. Thank goodness A/C works it was hot outside. Pat at front desk arranged our Everglades tour with pick up. We did not eat at restraunt.
