This is a nice motel located close to everything in Pleasanton. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and safe. We needed a place close to town as we were visiting family & this worked great.

Tri-Valley Inn and Suites was very clean and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that the office closes at 10 pm so I had to call to get into my room.

Nice surprise!

Very pleasantly surprised by how nice this little hotel was. Very clean, renovated, nice bathroom, great shower with wonderful water pressure, comfortable beds and a great value. We’ll be back!

While from the outside the place looks like an older typical motel, the inside are nice. Some of the furniture is getting a little beat up on the corners, but the rooms themselves are nice. It's close to restaurants downtown and the fairgrounds. It would be nice to have some kind of breakfast available, but not a deal breaker.

Classic small motel with comfy bed and nice bathroom. Shower was terrific. Check-in was quick and friendly. Parked right in front of my room easily. Really a lot for the price with no obvious compromises. Ate at the one-site curry house, which was high quality although server was indifferent. Location is central to a lot and walkable to more restaurants and shops.

Nice motel

I was there for a week for work. The hotel is clean, convenient to downtown, quiet nice fridge and micro, good water pressure, free starbucks coffee in the lobby, no breakfast. My only complaint was the bed was hard but I slept ok.

The suite completely stunk, to find a toilet bowl full of crap. Beer bottle tops, and liquor bottles laying around the pool. Overall, certainly not what I expected for 200/night.

Often when booking a place to stay, I find out things I’ve gotten used to like mini-fridges, coffee makers, or microwaves are missing from the room and it can put a damper on the hotel experience. (Like it’s great to dine so close to where I am staying but if I can’t store or reheat my leftovers, what’s the point?) But with Tri-Valley Inn & Suites, the room had its own mini-kitchen! A larger mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, sink, an oven, and a 4-burner stovetop. Additionally, the room was spacious and cozy - the vaulted ceilings definitely help! Overall, I went into this stay not expecting much with low expectations to being blown-away and wanting to stay another night!

The stay was ok. They didn’t clean our room until 8:30pm every night. We were exhausted and ready to go to bed already and it wasn’t clean or have towels to shower until after 8:30/9:00pm. One night, they didn’t clean our room and we didn’t have clean towels. Mattresses are a little uncomfortable/hard. Bathrooms are small. Pool was a bit dirty. Oh, and no complementary breakfast because of covid which, a lot of hotels are now bringing their original complementary breakfast back. I loved that they had a small kitchen area with cabinets, microwave, mini frig, and coffee maker. That helped us a lot. That entire area was a plus. If they would at least get better mattresses, have the cleaning and towels done before 1pm and have the pool cleaned at all times this place would get 100% rating all the time.
