I liked the location and the fact that while downtown Grenoble can be noisy at night my bedroom was remarkably quiet. The staff at the reception was very friendly and usefull. However, the rooms/appartments are in serious need of a repainting and refurnishing job. Equipment in the room is disapointing: no suitcase stand, no expresso machine. Cleanliness could also be improved.

Ladies at the reception desk are nice and helpful and the location is amazing but these are about the only two positive things. The room was in a really poor condition when we got the keys- the shower curtain and window coverings were dirty, the dishes in the cupboards too. The regular cleaning is once per week- but the supplies that you get which are supposed to last till the next cleaning never do. I ended up buying everything- garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, extra cleaning supplies.... I also thought that it was strange to ask that taxes be paid upfront and not at the end of the stay. I did pay what ever I was asked to, but there was still a difference remaining to be paid at the checkout which was unconvinient to say the least- i was expecting the calculation to be properly done the first time. Instead i was served with a new bill and almost missed my train trying to figure out what the true amount I still owed. The bookkeeping should be improved.

Convenient but not entirely clean rooms (some dust, painting needed. Location ideal, but difficult to get free parking. A little noisy at night if you open windows.

Hotel was good, clean, cheap and centrally located. Staff advised well and helped us print things. Only down side was that we couldn't get the Wi-Fi working, but I didn't look into it too hard and the price/value was really good for the room. Well stocked kitchen.

Fabulous location

Hotel has a lovely breakfast area overlooking the garden. Nice to sit at anytime during the day. Coffee is available at all hours. Staff are friendly and personable (Alex was especially helpful).

Tale of opposites. Staff (especially Tomas) and services (breakfast, transit pass) were great! The room - the bathroom was tiny, peeling paint, stinky - there were loud noises (cars, people shouting) all night due to 24hr convenience stores across the street. Used the portable a/c unit for white noise

Schöne Unterkunft, große Zimmer, sehr zentral gelegen mit kleiner, integrierter Küche. Leider gibt es dort keine Möglichkeit, das Geschirr zu säubern, da keinerlei Reinigungsmittel vorhanden sind.

Hotel hat Lebenszyklus hinter sich.

Das Hotel ist in einem sehr alten Zustand. Die Betten sind zwar neu aber alles andere ist nicht nur in die Jahre gekommen sondern, völlig abgenutzt. Die Küche haben wir allerdings nicht verwendet.

Struttura molto comoda nel centro di Grenoble (10 minuti a piedi dal Notre Dame), con il garage sotterraneo (posti limitati). Appartamento piccolo, però molto funzionale. Supermercato di fronte. Staff nella reception gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Prezzo ottimo. Nei tempi di Covid hanno adottato tutte le misure necessarie. Prezzo ottimo

Globalement une bonne expérience

La chambre était grande et au calme, la petite cuisine est pratique. La salle de bain est grande aussi. Les lits sont "faits" d'une manière étrange. Le parking est très cher et avec peu de places. Pas de réceptionniste le soir et la nuit. Alarme qui se déclenche de manière intempestive. L'hôtel est bien situé.
