One of the best hotel I stayed in Japan and many country. Large room on japanese standard. Smack in a nice neighborhood and cultural site. Great service with good command of english. Bonus: good sake choices (free). Perfect.

The hotel was perfect, easily one of the best we’ve stayed at on our trip for the price. The room was spacious, clean and had a ton of amazing amenities including a huge wood tub, in-room laundry and very comfortable beds. Close to the subway, local attractions and great restaurants.

We loved our stay at nol. 10/10. The property itself is beautiful; contemporary and comfortable. Loved having the washer/dryer in the room. The staff were all lovely and very helpful, went out of the way to assist. Terrific area walkable to subway and buses, Nishiki market, tons of shopping & dining, about 15 min walk to the river and a little further to Gion. Amazing stay, so good we added an extra night!

お風呂(木枠)に髪の毛やテッシュに破片が浮いていた。エレベーター内部及び1F近くはタバコ臭く、はじめに部屋に入った時もタバコ臭かった。電気ポットについては、蓋はあるものの構造上ちょっとでも傾くと沸騰したお湯が口から出てくる構造になっており、安全面に不安が残る形でした 2回止まったのですが、1Fには除湿機とお風呂場に椅子、掛け湯にための桶がありましたが、3Fにはどれもいいておりませんでした

正直、自分が思っていたお部屋とは違っていたのですが、有効にスペースを使わせて頂きました。 ホテルの方達の対応も優しく、足の悪い母と押し車で入店したのですが、親切に対応して下さいました。 母もとても喜んでいて、また来たいと言ってくれていました。 日本酒やソフトドリンクが飲み放題でいろんな種類のお酒も楽しめて、外から買ってきたお惣菜でゆっくり楽しく過ごせました。 今度は、アップグレードしたお部屋に泊まりたいです。 お世話になりました。 有難うございました。

Our home in Kyoto

Really enjoyed our stay at Nol Sanjo. Thanks to friendly staffs helped us with dinner reservations and took such a good care of us. The room were spacious bigger than most of the Japanese counterpart and we were particularly fond of the hiba bathtub.
