The beds were hard as rock to sleep on. We asked to switch rooms if possible but the best that could be done was to put an extra blanket on the bottom. We yried to switch hotels but would have lost 100% of one nights stay. I do not know how anyone can sleep on their beds. Worst stay in our 3 week vacation.

It’s very convenient to take the airport limousine to and from the airport. The staffs were very nice and my whole family felt welcomed.

Great location. The subway station is just a across the street at exit 10 of the Asakasa-mitsuke station with elevators and escalators which is handy for luggage. The conciege can book airport limo to either Haneda or Narita Airport and it s door to door service for the same prices as the airport rapid subway yet you don’t have to lug luggage in high pedestrian subway. 5 elevators made waiting for an elevator a non issue and a 7-11 downstairs means you don’t even have to go outside. Rooms are more spacious then Tokyo standard with a great eat street with so many options just near by. Best hotel I’ve stayed in for my entire japan trip.

JUST A BUSINESS DAY

I chose this hotel as it was very close to my meeting place. Staff is perfect, a very nice breakfast area , high quality food . A easy setup and fairly priced trip by bus to the airport.

Average hotel

Rooms are very noisy - single glazed windows meant you heard everything on the street. Still a lot of needless paranoia around COVID including use of environmentally unfriendly gloves for breakfast which are little value apart from wasting plastic and which will end up on a landfill somewhere. Japan eased rules surrounding masks but we were still obliged to wear them for breakfast.
