広い部屋、親切な対応

立地は駅から5分少々歩いたイオンモールのすぐそば、繁華街ではないので静かです。（イオンモール営業中は駅とイオンモール地下が連絡通路でつながっているので便利） 部屋はツインを利用しましたがよくあるビジネスホテルより広く快適でした。 ホテル備品も快くお貸出いただけました。 フロントでの観光関連の質問には一旦調べてからの回答だったので、観光よりも出張客や会合などの利用が多いのかな？と思いました。 ともあれ概ね快適でした！

フロントの対応はとても良く、チェックインもチェックアウトもスムーズ。 隣の部屋か向かいの部屋か、子供がわあわあ泣いていて、結構うるさかったです。建物自体は新しくないから防音に関しては難しいのだと思う。 部屋とユニットバスはリフォームされていて快適でした。

声かけを必要に応じてしてくれたり、皆さん親しみやすい雰囲気でした。 23時代に外出しようとすると、深夜の玄関の施錠時間を案内してくれました。 あと、朝食良かったです。美味しい！ 子供用のは、 子供が好きな物の代表的な料理で、 ワンプレートに盛られていて、豪華でした。 洋食だけど、小うどんがついていたりもして、すごく、良い工夫だとおもいました。 娘は大喜びでした。 大人の洋食は、高級感がありました。 かぼちゃ仕立てのスープからしても、 さすが、ホテルといった味！ 気分も良くなりました。パンが、しっとりした米粉のパンのようでした。おかわりも有りでした。ロールパンとかではなく、ヘルシーな感じで嬉しかったです。 主任さんのような男性スタッフさんが、ゆっくりできましたか？と親しみを持った声かけが 嬉しかったです。 楽しい旅の締めくくりとなりました。 やや不満は、強いていえば、アメニティに化粧水や洗顔料などが無かったことです。

チェックイン後の外出食事は避けたいものですね。

場所的にも静かなところで、また部屋も一人旅でゆっくりとすることができました。予約なしで軽食等ができるレストランがあれば、なおゆったりと宿泊できるのではと思います。
