Enjoyed that there were close-by shopping options, as well as dining options. We felt fairly safe in this area. The only comment I had is that the room could have been cleaner. The walls needed washing as they were quite dirty. The hotel was a bit run down and needs some upgrades but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

It was in a quiet area, but otherwise a "you get what you pay for" situation. Room could have been cleaner - there were cobwebs in the corners (not small ones but very obvious bigger ones), the bathroom floor was dirty. I literally wore my sandals the entire time in the room because of the bathroom floor. And the breakfast was a joke. There was a bit of fruit loops, some milk, coffee, juice and a few pieces of bread for toast, barely any condiments for toast....another couple came and literally left without grabbing breakfast because it was just such slim pickings. This isn't "oh it's a picky guest," it was just crazy how little there actually was and not seeming to get topped up. It was just a one-night stay for us at least.

Terrible experience, the level of cleaning is subzero, the room was disgusting and full of trash under the beds. Smoke smell everywhere. No breakfast as mentioned It does not worth a penny for the night. So disappointed, Expedia should issue a refund.

Cannabis skunky smell as soon as you enter the building though there are ‘no smoking’ sign every where. Full of dust in the room. No breakfast though it said in Expedia free breakfast when I searched. I had really bad noisy night. One couple next door was fighting and screaming. It was not pleasant stay in this hotel. The positive thing is the area is convenient with shopping and transportation.

Pool was closed for "maintenance ", wish I knew before I booked room. Ignorant front desk clerk, wouldn't let us check in 15minutes prior to 3pm check in time. No breakfast, just coffee/ juice.

Both the pool area and Breakfast service were closed. There was a sign at the front desk that said it was still due to covid, although I believe it was an excuse to save money. They should put this information on the website so people are not shocked when they check in.

I chose this hotel bc of the pool and breakfast. I checked in late so I brought food for supper. I had to run 10 miles in the morning and was counting on the continental breakfast and the pool afterwards. However both had been cancelled due to Covid. The website did not indicate this. There was only a small sign at the desk about the breakfast. I would understand if that was a consistent rule but the downtown Minneapolis hotel I stayed in the following night served breakfast. Better communication is necessary. 10 miles on an empty stomach! 😡

Terrible… dirty all over the place in the first room we had…one of the staff was awesome. He changed to 2nd room, the 2nd room even not up to mark. Washroom wasn’t cleaned. Very Noisy if someone walk at 2nd floor, very distracting midnight

the rooms are awful. there's some maggots under the bed and the smell is disgusting. we had to request to transfer to another room but it's still the same. we cancelled our second night as my children doesnot want to sleep in the room. terrible experience

Place is not clean. I purchased non smoking room although it says non-smoking you can still smell it. As soon as you enter the lobby smells cigarette already down to the hallway and to the room.

The staff was friendly, but the condition of the hotel was not good. The common area floors and furniture were outdated and dirty looking. The elevator was scary to use, it made lots of noise and shook and made a loud clunking noise when stopping. The breakfast was bare bones with all cold options and was not refreshed throughout the morning, once something ran out, it was out.
