The hotel did not have an available room upon my arrival (around 11;55pm) and I was referred to a nearby hotel to spend the night. I return the following day to complain about my experience and told them that I was going to ask for a refund for the prepaid night

la habitacion muy comoda; sin embargo me toco 8o.piso, y el elevador solo llega hasta el 7o. No hay cafetera dispobible en la habitacion. al hacer el check out no me dieron la factura, argumentando que EXPEDIA habia hecho el cargo..

Small hotel in quiet area of. MexicoCity

L’Heritage is small hotel on a very quiet area in Nápoles within walking distance to WTC on Calle Oklahoma. We were booked in a large, spacious area with small kitchen facilities, living/dining area. 2 bedrooms, 1 king, 1 double, 2 baths for an amazingly reasonable price, which also included continental breakfast. We would stay there again. Nice staff.

Die Lage ist top. Ich fühle mich immer sicher on Napoles. Negativ Warmes Wasser am Wochenende nur auf gut Glück Vor dem Haus 2 Baustellen...sehr laut Kommunikation nur auf Spanisch möglich FitnessRaum würde ich das nicht nennen, 3 Geräte und alle mega alt Dachterasse ist mega cool, wenn es sich dort nicht gerade kiffende Jugendliche bequem machen. Aber die Stühle sind eh nicht einladend zum lange verweilen

Las habitaciones impresionantemente grandes, es literal un departamento, el edificio y el remodelado no es el mas nuevo, pero las instalaciones agradables a un precio razonable, pienso regresar de negocios

Buen lugar, un mega super mal servicio

Nos hicieron esperar más de 30 minutos solo para verificar la reserva. Al principio no había quien atendiera, el vigilante era el único que estaba en el hotel, el vigilante NO tenía ni saldo para comunicarse con la encargada, le tuvimos que prestar un celular propio. La persona que nos atendió por teléfono cero servicio al cliente, despues de pedir reservación pidió mas datos y luego pidió mas y luego el correo. Llegamos 10:30 pm y nos instalamos pasadas las 11. No hoy letreros de donde quejarse y el vigilante ante la imposibilidad de resolver se vuelve a la misma sinergía de la persona del teléfono, un poco prepotentes ambos.

Ambiente agradável e de boa localização com boas instalações para um casal conhecer a cidade do México, Equipe de serviços de pronto atendimento.
