Have stayed here twice. The first time was an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite. The suite itself was nice but it was so very far from the lobby which was inconvenient and the hallways were very grungy looking and dark. The 2nd stay I asked for something closer to the lobby which was way smaller being just like a hotel room but it was really bright and clean, close to the lobby and still had the same kitchenette and table as the other suite, which is so very handy. The property is extremely convenient for catching the train to Heathrow with the train station being practically outside the front lobby. The suites are very soundproof. The lobby staff were really nice, friendly and helpful but at times the line up was very long to speak with them so maybe more staff would help. The area around the property is nice and it was so handy having a Tesco close by. There's other shops just a block or 2 away but then it becomes like another world, extremely busy and overcrowded. I was hoping there would be more pubs around but there was only a couple of really small one's and they didn't serve food.

I liked the studio apartment. Eighth floor was quiet. Only issue is the air conditioning was not working well and the windows do not open so it was too hot at night.

Excellent front of house staff; they all go above and beyond their duties to assist their guests in any way they can...I would like to single one or two of them out for special mention, but to be quite honest they are all fantastic.I have been staying here for many years now, and will continue to for as long as they continue their exceptional service.

I accidentally thought I was reviewing this location when I recently reviewed staycity duke st, in liver pool, but both locations are amazing. The staff at the heathrow location are super friendly and helpful, the building is clean. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and directly across from train station, so short trip into London. (16 mins on train)

Very disappointed. The property was filthy. We had issues from the moment we arrived not getting the room we booked. The room was not in good condition, shower leaking and mold in the bathroom. We have bites on our body which we suspect bed bugs. Will NEVER stay here again!!

Always enjoy staying at Hayes Staycity. My only complaint is that the beds are not that comfortable as they are 2 beds clamped together in the middle, and the TV needs to be unlocked so that the guide is available to use.

The hotel is modern and the staff are extremely helpful. There is a Tesco next door, a Starbucks in the lobby, and the train station is literally behind the building, maybe a 5-minute walk to the actual platform. It's in a great neighbourhood with lots of shopping and little pubs and restaurants. We felt very safe there and walked all over. We stayed here at the beginning and again at the end of our trip. It's close to Heathrow; we took the train, a taxi and also an Uber from the hotel to Heathrow and vice versa. We would stay there again!

Ideal location next to London rail, close to Heathrow, amenities to make your stay feel like home and fast, free internet. Fast food and grocery stores within walking distance. This is my second visit to this property this year and is my first choice of stay in London.

Loved being able to take the room phone with us firing our stay which we could use as a roving cell phone with free wifi. That was an excellent idea whoever thought of that. Also excellent is the property’s proximity to the train station at Hayes and Harlington.
