you know what to expect

the good reliable comfy bed. great location in putta carrettas. easy access to most everything. staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast was adequate. hotel could use some updating as it is starting to show its age. but i would repeat as you know what you will get with the brand.

Could be better for the Sheraton.

Nothing happening in the bar, no music, complete dead. Restaurant mice, but for breakfast coffee was not hot, ommelet was not warm, fruit did not look as good as normally in the Sheraton. Pool area also because of the weather was very dark, they did hardly put on lights. People very nice and friendely, but overall therefore a 3.

One of the best in Montevideo, still some improvements needed.

Excellent health club. Toilet has a foul odor at times. Internet access is 30 minutes free per day, afterwards they charge you. Rather cheap and inconvenient for a 5 star hotel.

Estava tudo Ok , mas acho que falharam em relação a prevenção do Coronavírus..... no dia anterior estávamos no Enjoy Conrad , e o café da manhã foi servido na mesa .... eliminaram o buffe Me senti muito vulnerável tocando nos pegadores que toda tripulação da Ibéria usou .... deviam ter tomado atitudes mais drásticas.....

O hotel está muito velho e as manutenções e atualizações não estão sendo investidas. Café da manhã padrão sem nenhum diferencial. A localização é a única coisa positiva que destaco neste hotel.

Too expensive for the service the hotel provides. Besides we (my wife and I) went with a little pet, 4 lbs, and the hotel charged 150 dollars for ¿? Our pet couldn´t walk leashed around the hotel. Out of the room the pet had to be in a cage. Can you explain us, which is the reason for the $150. We are not satisfied at all. Next time we´ll look for another real pet friendly facility.

A la altura de lo esperado de sheraton.

Excelente servicio. El personal tiene un trato excepcional siempre intentando que uno se sienta cómodo. Las instalaciones muy buenas. Pileta climatizada con jacuzzi (que no se ve en las fotos). El hotel tiene acceso directo al shopping punta carretas con la tarjeta del hotel. Muy bueno todo.
