I will never use hotels.com in my life

I got this room because the branch p, but it was the most bad experience in my life, the bathrooms are dissgusting and stinky, They changed my room, but the secund one was the same, then they show me 3 rooms and those were the same, I choose one, and the third day, when came back from a nice dinner, I opened the door and smelled terrible, at the 4th day, I decided to move to different hotel, they said, they were not to charge penalty, and the gave me a document signed by the manager, and apologized, but worst with hotels.com, I asked to Hotels to give me my money back, they gave me excuses, when the hotel Aristos does not charge one day more, they made my time hard, until today, I didn't get my money back, Hotels.com, stink more than the hotel

HORRIBLE!! please just pay a little more, this hotel is really tired, smells and is simple NOT GOOD. and I am NOT picky, so TRUST me.

Nos gustó que está cerca del centro de puebla, el restaurante muy buena comida y buena atención, no nos gustó que la alberca, estaba sucia, fría, no es climatizada, está en un edificio hasta el 4o piso sin elevador y la atención en recepción deficiente.

DECADENCIA QUE DEMERITA LA VENTAJA DE ESTAR EN EL CENTRO. Baños sucios y malolientes; camas duras y almohadas boludas; cortinas sucias y rotas que no cubren toda la ventana, así no se puede descansar; NO TIENE ALBERCA, lo que tiene es un chapoteadero con agua turbia y fría que ponen en servicio dependiendo de un sinfín de factores al azar y su acceso es verdaderamente complicado. Los valet parking son amables, pero duermen en los autos; el teléfono no tiene línea y el hotel en si huele raro. DECEPCIONANTE. NO REGRESO!
