My stay was terrible. I could hear street noise as clear as if I had a window open so I couldn't sleep. The elevators took forever, maybe only one worked. They charged $7 to have a package delivered and I had to retrieve it from a grumpy man in the basement. Other hotels deliver packages to my room - for free. The bathtub plug didn't work and they didn't fix it after they said they would. The only redeeming quality is the common space including the bar which is nicely decorated. Would never stay here again.

I love the Hudson. Great location wonderful stuff. They’ve been bought out so they’re in transition which translates to a few repairs have been overlooked and they’re wonderful bar shop for the time being. I’ll always go back

This property needs some attending... there were unexpected services fees not indicated in reservation which hardly make this a bargain after all. The room is miniature. I am short so fine, but a tall person sitting on the toilet bol knees which probably touch the wall. The was a weird buzzing sounds constantly, rooms are poorly isolated. My room smelt of cigarette, linen was old and worn out in the corner. I asked if an upgrade was possible and got the same room. It felt like a sauna in the lobby.

Tired and small

Have stayed many times at the Hudson, this will be my last. Rooms are small, yes. Price is reflective of the size. However, the state of the hotel in general is falling fast. It is in dire need of a refresh. Wood panels falling off in room, window blinds don't work, only 1 elevator ever in function, no more resto/bar in service, etc... Time to renovate and reset.

Parking was advertised on the Expedia site however there was no parking lot . It costed extra 150 usd for a 48 hour parking pass. I don’t think parking should be advertised if this is the case

We paid for a facility resort fee. We had no wifi in our room. There was a hotspot that we could use but there was three of us so basically no wifi. Only two elevators worked the entire stay and we constantly heard complaints from other guest about the elevators. This made long wait times. We were in the 11th floor so not too fun to walk the stairs. When checking out we did get one day of the facility resort fee removed. I believe all days should have been removed. There was a $10 per day drink coupon which we never used. We tried a few times but it was too busy. No seats and no defined line to stand for a drink. Not worth the wait. The wifi did work in the lobby. The gentlemen that hold your luggage downstairs were extremely helpful and friendly. The first day our room hadn’t been cleaned when we returned after 6pm. I mentioned it to the desk clerk who was not friendly however our room was cleaned when we returned

everything was pretty good for the price! They let us check in to our hotel at 10:30AM :). staff were very nice. my only problems were: lobby bathrooms were out of order my whole stay and elevators were very slow...

We enjoyed our stay at the Hudson. It’s perfect for a couple since the rooms are quite small. If your gail is to be out all day and mostly use the room to sleep then this hotel is perfect! Close to central park and the subway! Also a 20 minute walk from times square.

The rooms are quite small. Not all of the TV channels worked properly - there were issues with the picture. Additionally, we only received toiletries on our third day we were staying in the room - no bar soap was provided until then.

Been staying at the Hudson for years always enjoyed it however this time it’s the end of the line for this place. Time to renovate. Elevators broken, heater in room louder then anything. Actually woke us up twice in middle of the night. Ended up going to another hotel in the end. RIP you beautiful monster.
