Very nice rooms

I have stayed here a lot of times, the thing I would say nagative is that you need more parking available as we had to park at the wacca then walk to the hotel

Momentary Escape

We booked a "room with a view" as a treat for one night, and it was marvelous! Because it was my honey's birthday, the hotel left us a complimentary bottle of Australian white wine, and we cracked it open, sat in the window, and watched the sun set over the water. The staff was lovely, the room was very clean, and the pool was a refreshing way to start the day. Overall, it was wonderful and we'd recommend it to anyone looking for a momentary escape.

A great hotel in a spectacular city.

This is a modern, spacious clean hotel with rooms having a great view of the Swan River. They have an excellent restaurant. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful.

Great Yrban Hotel

When I think of urban chic, this hotel describes it. Great amenities such as gym & poolmaje it super for business & family . Free use of bike helmets & locks is great way to promote the bike hire and Pertg has great bike paths. Solid marks for washer & dryer in the room. Very helpful female front desk staff for biking & eating suggestions

The best choice in Perth

This will be the only hotel we ever stay at in perth. The room is recently renovated, we stayed in a 1 bedroom premiere suite and it was our home away from home.

Truly deserves 5 star rating

This is a perfect hotel for discerning tastes and heaps better than the pricey Crown Resort options. Everything was excellent with the hotel, speedy check in, beautiful newly renovated rooms, spacious balcony, mini kitchen, perfect mattress and premium bedding, sensitive and reaponsive thermostat with air conditioning, all options in room including dvd player, 24 hour room service and great staff. This is the only place we will ever stay at when visiting Perth.

Fraser Suites Perth

This accommodation was excellent. We were upgraded and had a wonderful large one bedroom suite, with kitchen facilities. The location was terrific for walkabouts and restaurants nearby. We would highly recommend the Fraser Suites to others. Now if only we could get credit on Hotels .com for our stays we would be very happy.

Good Enough in Perth

Our stay was comfortable. We were at the end of 10 weeks at nice places, most not as expensive, so the weaknesses grated a bit. All four pillows were overstuffed and too hard - two should be soft. Yes, they have a pillow boutique, but one should not have to ask for the basic choice. The bed was soft and formed of two troughs. Workable, and we did sleep, but it was not up to the standard you would expect. You could tell that the room had not been vacuumed in our stay, too. Friends tell me there are many worse places in Perth, and I am sure they are right.

Charged 30 bucks a night for parking and its nowhere near the city. The rooms are weather. All the furniture its chipped. They dont hoover your room. The cleaner does the bare minimum. Its very average

Nice but maintenance needs attention

The room was nice but the lighting was awful. We had half the lights in the room not work, 1 flickered and the bathroom lighting is almost nonexistent so doing make up was very difficult. I tried to order a make up mirror as a QR code in the bathroom said it was an option but it wouldn't work.

The image on Hotels.com does not accurately represent the room I booked. I reserved a deluxe studio, and the photos indicated that there was an induction cooker, along with a mention of a small kitchen. However, upon arrival, I discovered that there was only a microwave and no induction cooker. When I brought this issue to the attention of the reception staff, I was informed that they bear no responsibility for how Hotels.com advertises their rooms. This situation is quite frustrating.
