Best spot you can have in Milan!

It was amazing! The location was amazing, 15 min to the Duomo and 10 min from Navigli. The staff was excellent, always there to help. Therefore the breakfast was yogourt and cake (more of a traditional european breakfast) for North Americans it is not enough. Overall I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Milan.

ok hotel

The hotel was in a good location, about a 15-minute walk away from the Milan Cathedral, but the area surrounding it had a lot of graffiti. We booked a superior room with 2 queen beds for 4 people, but the beds in the rooms we were given were nowhere close to that; each bed had the width of 1.5 single beds, so we didn't get what we asked for. Moreover, the receptionist spoke a bit of English, but appeared drunk/dizzy and didn't do anything when we requested a move to another room or a rollaway. The breakfast was good and the value for money was ok; however, I wouldn't recommend it for families as the beds are small.

Hotel very ordinary bit well positioned. Carpet in the room, no AC....very warm in room and only end of April. Breakfast´s buffet is good.

Nice hotel, near Milano historic center

Pros: The hotel is clean, continental breakfast is good (with fresh fruit), the location is quiet. Hotel location is less than 15 min walking to historical city center. Cons: The WiFi is not included, and 7 EUR/hour is not really cheap. There is no public transportation close to hotel. The rooms have little space around the bed. The hotel may run out of tourist maps, they will give you print-outs

Our trip in Milan

The air conditioning is not enough. We were like sleeping in a desert. Breakfast is not good either - the staff couldn't keep up with the no. of guests. There was not enough food for us - had to wait for some time.

Nice hotel in a fairly decent location. It is 7 mins walking distance to the Naviglio and 15 mins walking distance to Duomo. During my stay I did not have to take transit at all. The breakfast offering was pleasant and helpful but don't expect much selection. The walls and doors are fairly thin, you could hear people going in and out (especially at 2am it is not pleasant to wake up to the sounds). Would have been nicer if they offered free wifi.

Small but clean and good location

Our room was tiny but clean and very convenient to walk to the Duomo. We only stayed there one night. The staff were very friendly, spoke English and arranged a taxi to take us to the train station which was very helpful.

Ok for the price

Ok for two nights. Good location. Nice and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Parking is a bit expensive and Wi Fi should be included but is extra instead. Our view was beautiful.

reasonable price, decent neighbourhood

The air-conditioning konked out one night, which made the room unbearably hot (August). The hotel is o.k., nothing fancy; we did not pay much, so what can you expect. Within walking distance to most things (duomo, etc.) and close to the awesome naviglio canal area -- so fun!

Its not 10 minutes from the Duomo

Its more like a 25 minute walk. The hotel was ok. The front staff wasn't that helpful. Breakfast did include hot food such as eggs and sausage. Room for 4 included two double beds and washroom was a decent size. Ended up paying an absurd amount for a phone call that I thought was local but turned out it wasn't. The staff couldn't not even properly explain the rate for the phone call. Would not stay here again.

Ho scelto questa struttura per l’esistenza di un parcheggio interno da prenotare tramite messaggio, non ricevo risposta a questo e penso sia tutto ok, per poi scoprire al mio arrivo che il posto auto non è disponibile perché completo senza nessun avviso da parte loro. Bagno veramente inesistente (minuscolo è dir poco) e sfornito di qualsiasi cosa, persino di una mensola in doccia per appoggiare lo shampoo, mattonelle rovinate e acqua della doccia a tratti molto calda a tratti gelata. Letto su cui ci si deve fiondare perché inesistente spazio laterale e lati di questo sempre impolverati e sporchi. E dulcis in fundo...tutti parlavano di questo fantomatico personale sempre allegro e disponibile...purtroppo non solo non è assolutamente preparato neanche su come funzionino i parcheggi della zona, lasciandomi con un’auto da sistemare e senza interessarsi minimamente dello scompenso che mi avevano arrecato, ma non abbiamo mai visto un sorriso o un saluto spontaneo appena si varcava la soglia dell’albergo: rispondevano al nostro costretti. Avevo scelto questa struttura per la posizione e il parcheggio ma la non chiarezza del personale sulle modalità di prenotazione di codesto posto auto è indice di poca serietà generale, totale disinteresse delle esigenze del cliente e quindi per questo non solo non tornerò più, ma lo sconsiglierò a tutti. In vacanza si va per rilassarsi, tanto più se si ha a disposizione solo tre giorni e di perdere tempo a cercare un parcheggio non ho voglia.
