Every time I needed assistance, I had it via front check in area or through WhatsApp. The area is great. Police station is down the street and there’s small convenience stores and grocery options everywhere. All the restaurants are very close by. Malls at both ends of las Ramblas. Boat rides and weekend vintage markets. Walkable. Livable. Amazing. I never felt safer and like a local. People were kind everywhere and appreciated when you spoke to them in Spanish. I love this property and this city.

Good apt-hotel in the Gothic Quater

Great apt, located right at the Gothic quarter and next to Las Rumblas. The area gets a little bit noisy at night but still great location.

Barcelona in October

Great location close to waterfront. However at night the area does not appear to be that safe. A lot of street persons including beggars and aggressive vendors, For what we paid, we expected more. Limited hours when hotel staff was available.

Great location, helpful staffs

Five of us stayed at Feel-at-home after a cruise and we loved it. The first thing that impressed us was their staffs. They were very pleasant and helpful, making us feel secure and safe. All five of us stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment comfortably for 4 nights. The room was clean and tidy, with ample supplies of blankets, towels, and toilet paper. The location is very central, with 3 metro stations within walking distance and just half a block to La Rambla. We would certainly consider staying there again.

Excellent location

Stayed for 4 nights with out family and had a great stay. Everything we needed was there and the apartment was clean and very professionally managed. The location is perfect and code to everything, with Danny being a fountain of useful information. Couple things to remember - the buildings are very old and the walls not soundproof by any means, and the neighbourhood can get a little "interesting" at night, but all just part of that local ambiance! :)

Nice hotel close to everything. Perfect location !

We felt at home !! Walking distance to the beach, cathedral, food market, grocery stores, shops, restaurants, metro !!! The apartment was convenient (kitchen was well equiped, espresso machine, dish washer etc !).

Ideal location, Excellent home away from home

Why you will like it: Great location, Everything you need for a week long stay, Supportive and available staff, Walking distance to key attractions. Risks: Small shower (so if you are big you won't fit in it). It is located about midway down La Ramblas, set about two blocks back from the main strip. Close enough to easily get to everything but far enough away that noise was not an issue. We had a 6th floor, single bedroom unit. Perfect size for a couple. Good sized kitchen, well furnished (stove, coffee maker, fridge etc) so you could prepare breakfast or dinner in the unit. Grocery stores and La Bouqueria are all within short walking distance. Small washing machine / dryer unit so you can do laundry (perfect since we were 1 week in Barcelona and another on a cruise). The deck overlooks a courtyard, not much to see but a very nice place to have a morning breakfast / coffee before exploring the city. Hotel Concierge was INVALUABLE for arranging tours for La Familia Sagrada and other sights. (You want local help to avoid standing in lines for hours). Found this hotel via TripAdvisor search, selected it because of the ratings and reviews. The ratings and reviews are accurate.

Langweekend i Barcelona

Vi hadde en flott tur, leste andre omtaler før vi booket, og leiligheten så helt lik ut som på bildene, praktisk fin leilighet med sentral beliggenhet, men vi var ikke forberedt på så harde senger, det var som å ligge på senger uten overmadrass, men etter første natt gikk det bedre. Vi fikk leilighet nr 10 i 5.etg, heisen var litt treig så det ble mye trapper... Leiligheten har utgang rett ut i en gate, praktisk med matbutikk rett over gaten som er åpen til kl 23. Litt lugubert strøk, mye fattigdom, men plutselig så er du i luxusbutikker, mye inntrykk. Drar gjerne tilbake, men nå var det ekstremt dyrt. Tips; ikke velg restaurantene langs gaten der de prøver å få deg til å sette deg ned under telttakene, det er ekstremt dårlig mat, bestilte pizza og det var ferdig frossen pizza, for 5 pers ble det over 2000kr...også tar det nesten 1tkme å få mat, det er generelt på mange spisesteder, ikke finn et sted å spise når du er seldig sulten, ting tar tid her....

Loved having an apartment space in Spain. Having a balcony was really nice and a washing machine. Unfortunately, there was no dryer but we hang dried our clothes in the apartment and it was fine. Pro was contact-less check in and check out. Con was we were unable to do an early check in and had to drop out luggage off at another Aspasios hotel site (3 train stops away). Another con was that they would come into our apartment without notice, to either clean the apartment or work on things that needed to be fixed. I wouldn't have minded if we got a notification that they would be coming. There were also no extra pillows or blankets or towels. Just 2 pillows/bed and 2 throw pillows, 1 blanket for the bed and just enough towels for 2 people.

Weekend i Barcelona i flott leilighet. Rent og fint. Varme, gode dyner og godt utstyrt leilighet. Tv’en fikk vi ikke på, muligens noe med fjernkontroll. Veldig nært til hovedgaten Las Ramlas med shopping/ restauranter. Selvinnsjekk. Litt problemer da vi ikke hadde fått mail fra hotell med kode, men det ordnet seg.

Perfect location but not well maintained

My family and I just spent 4 nights in the apartment. The check in experience wasn't smooth, though the service person was very polite and explained all I've asked. The wifi was really really bad - I couldn't even complete my flight check in using my laptop. We complained about it and someone came to check but it didn't really help. On the last night, we finally heard water droppoing in one of the bath rooms - it came from the aprtment above. It was late and we had to call the emergency line. They did answered but since it was late and water stoppped, there was nothing to do. The location of the partment is perfect (though you hear noise from the street). but we were disappointed because of the issue with the wifi and the water

Property is well situated and in fairly good condition. We had no hot water more than once. The interior space is on level with a 4 star accommodation. They are very cheap on amenities. They literally count the towels at one per person, and request to charge you for more. They present you with a list of charges (up to 100s of euro) the expect to impose on you at leaving if you don’t wash the dishes or take out the garbage. You will receive a letter and constant text messages starting the day before asking you when you are leaving. You will get the same number of towels and coffee capsules if you stay 1 day or longer - there is no thought to refresh the room during your stay.
