Decent Hotel with a Luxury lobby

The luxury feelings end when you step out of the elivator to go to your room. The staff at the breakfast area was unfriendly to my wife when she asked for a fork becouse there was none at the tables.

Very good but some inconveniences.

Very good large room Las Vegas style. However, utilities in room and bath room are not so convenience. Kettle ia placed in the bottom shelf, hard to use. Bathroom should be larger.

Family weekend staycation

Booked the garden wing 2 bedrooms suite at this hotel for my family members'weekend staycation. The room is big and have nice amenities but there are few things that need improvement. - The room key is so outdated and big. It is an old room key. And they were told that if it was misplaced, my family has to pay around $430 to replace it. - The TV in one of the bedroom wasn't working. We informed the hotel staff about it but they didnt offer any solution - The shower head in one of the bathroom is not working. - There is no hairdryer in the suite even though it is a standard amenity. - The pool access from the garden wing is always locked. When they went to the pool through the lobby, they were told not to.

Bien placé et zone extérieure superbe

La zone extérieure (jardin, piscine et spa/fitness) de cet hôtel est juste magique et on y séjourne pour ça. Il reste à rénover les chambres pour qu'on est l'un des plus beaux hôtels de la ville ... Si les chambre est confortable, l'état de la salle de bain laisse à désirer. Le service du petit-déjeuner doit aussi s'améliorer. Par contre, excellents restaurants japonais et chinois... À faire!
