Excellent service

Very welcoming and polite and explained everything. Our lights went out in the am, they accommodated , let us shower in another room and problem fixed on our return for the day. Very professional and apologetic for the inconvenience. Things happen

Best staff ever!

Staff was the most accommodating of any hotel we stayed in. We had to leave early to catch a bus and requested a take away breakfast. Not only did they prepare a substantial take away meal, they opened early to allow us a hot meal before we left and also gave us the breakfast which served as another meal for our journey. So friendly and accommodating.

It is a great apartment hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The location is great . Just a 5 minute walk from the train or bus. Grocery store nearby. I was very pleased.

Specious & Convenient

Convenient access to downtown Amsterdam by trains, buses and trams!! We needs 3 bedrooms and having 2 bathrooms is the best accommodation this aparthotel offers! The place is spacious and comfortable to stay!

This apartment was perfect for my family needs for our trip. It is a lovely spacious apartment with 2.5 baths, very comfortable and nicsly decorated. Great location very close to the train station - transportation was a breeze. The facilities also perfect - restaurant, bar, games area, outdoor spaces. Last but certainly not least the staff were wonderful, very friendly and very helpful! Thank you Expedia for finding this apt for me!

We had a great stay here! It was very clean and accommodating ~ a 5 min. walk to the train station! We bought a 3 day Metro pass after arriving and used it daily to get to and from Amsterdam Central. Would definitely recommend.

Great space right beside the train station

There are very few facilities nearby so don't expect any great shopping or eating. However it is immediately beside the train station so you are only six minutes from central Amsterdam. The rooms are large, quiet, well equipped, and perfectly good.

People at the desk were amazing! Friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early and gave us great sight seeing suggestions. Conveniently located outside of the busy centre but just a one stop train ride away from central Amsterdam.

Simple, affordable great service.

We added a 3rd night so we could continue to recharge our batteries. The breakfast, the staff and transport options were all excellent. Would definitely stay again and recommend to all.

Amsterdam ID Aparthotel - Sloterdijk

Better signage would have helped us locate the hotel/apartment sooner. Other than that the staff was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was very modern, rooming and clean. We enjoyed it after a long day of touring. A downside is you're not close to a supermarket. The train station did have some food but nothing fresh or healthy. The two restaurants in close proximity had very good food.
