Leider sind diverse Angaben in der Beschreibung des Appartements nicht der Wirklichkeit entsprechend. So sind z.B. die Mikrowelle und der genannte Geschirrspüler nicht vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage hieß es labidar "Ist in diesem Appartement nicht vorhanden." Nun das hatten wir auch bereits festgestellt und auf die falsche Beschreibung hingewiesen, worauf wir die gleiche Antwort erhielten. "Ist in diesem Appartement nicht vorhanden." Auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist eher mäßig. So gab z.B. nicht einmal eine Kelle oder ein Messer, welches wenigstens halbwegs scharf war. Im kombinierten Wohn-, Küchenbereich ist alles sehr gedrängt. Und zu allem Überfluss hängt mitten im Zimmer eine überdimensionale Lampe. Diese jedoch nicht über dem Tisch oder so. Nein. Einfach so mitten "im Saal". Sauber war jedoch alles und auch die Terrasse hat eine sehr gute Größe. Ausgestattet ist sie mit einem Tisch sowie 4 nicht verstellbaren Metallstühlen mit hoher Lehne. Polster dafür jedoch Fehlanzeige und dadurch sehr unbequem. Für das Folgende kann der Vermieter natürlich Nichts, von daher nur als temporärer Hinweis gedacht. Auf dem direkten Nachbargrundstück befindet sich aktuell (Sept. 2023) eine Baustelle mit großem Kran. Das alte Gebäude wurde gerade abgetragen. Dadurch Baulärm von Montag bis Samstag. Und da dort ein neues Gebäude entstehen soll, wird dieser Zustand sicher noch einige Zeit andauern. Ansonsten liegt das Appartement ziemlich zentral direkt am Wasser (Hafen).

Das Apartment als Solches ist sehr gut. Es war alles sauber und in neu- und hochwertigem Zustand. Auch die Lage ist im Grunde perfekt. Der Balkon könnte etwas größer sein und eine Verkleidung wäre auch nicht schlecht gewesen. Er war aber für 2 Personen okay. Als einzig störend empfanden wir die 2-spurige Einbahnstraße direkt vor dem Haus, welche doch recht stark frequentiert ist (Balkon Richtung Straße) und es somit durch den Verkehrslärm zu einer hohen Geräuschkulisse kommt.

Die Unterkunft hat einen kleinen Balkon. Sie ist hell, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet - Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank; Bad inkl. Fön und Waschmaschine; Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, TV,... Man hat den angenehmen Komfort wie zuhause.

Es war eine schöne kleine Ferienwohnung. Einziger Nachteil, aber nicht vom Vermieter beeinflussbar: die Baustelle im Nachbarhaus hat morgens gestört, aber abends war ja Feierabend und Stille.
