Pésimo

Pésimo servicio desde el primer momento. Ruido alto todos los días hasta largamente pasada la media noche. Nos sacaban pero no reponían las toallas. No reponían papel higiénico. Los colchones de resortes totalmente vencidos haciendo que no se pudiera dormir por el estado y el ruido que hacían. Solo 2 tomas de corriente de los que solo funcionaba uno. Pasamos parte de la estadía sin agua en el baño. Nadie trato de ayudar en estas situaciones.

Buena ubicación para visitar la ciudad

El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta para visitar Ciudad de México, ya que está al lado del metro. Nuestra habitación (económica) no fue lo esperado porque estaba justo al lado de la recepción : Ruidos, gente hablando y música. El desayuno empieza tarde, a las 8:00.

TUVE PROBLEMAS CON LA RESERVACIÓN, CUANDO LLEGUE AL HOTEL ME INICIERON ESPERAR XQ ME DECIAN QUE MI RESERVA ESTABA CANCELADA, ERA ERROR DE ELLOS. EL HOTEL ES MUY RUIDOSO Y HAY CUCARACHAS EL DESAYUNO NO VALE LA PENA, SON POCAS OPCIONES. EN RELACIÓN COSTO-PRECIO ESTA CARO PARA EL SERVICIO QUE BRINDAN.

Reservé y pagué mi habitación con cama Queen y balcón , y al llegar me dieron habitación con cama matrimonia y con una mini ventana , el chico de recepción me dijo que en ese hotel solo tienen camas matrimoniales y que pues era solo para 1 persona mi reserva que desconocía porqué HOTELES.COM ofrecía camas grandes. El gerente escuchó mi reclamo y salió a dar instrucción de que me dieran la habitación reservada (con balcón y cama grande) sin importar que era solo para 1 persona. El hotel está a lado de un Seven.. por lo que a partir de media noche es un ruido tremendo de los proveedores. El segundo día el hotel no tuvo agua caliente , al tercer día, cada que un huésped habría llave de regadera se escuchaba un ruido espantoso en las tuberías del baño. Para DESCANSAR... NO ES RECOMENDABLE...

Aunque pareciera que el hotel tiene una buena ubicación, todo el comercio que se ubica alrededor lo hace un poco incómodo. Al parecer usan el hotel como bodega de comerciantes, es un poco incómodo. Definitivamente hay mejores opciones por unos cuantos pesos más en el centro de la ciudad. Si vas de paso SOLO a dormir, este es el hotel, pero si de verdad quieres disfrutar tu estancia, lo mejor sería hospedarse en otro hostal.

Albergo vecchio, molto fatiscente, sporco, puzza di fogna e zanzare che non ti fanno dormire , stanze minuscole, senza aria condizionata, rumoroso.al momento della partenza abbiamo deciso di farci chiamare un taxi, il personale dell’albergo ci ha guadagnato sulla nostra corsa, non dicendoci nulla vediamo che il tassista gli da dei soldi al ragazzo della reception facendoci spendere molti soldi in più .

Fueron muy amables, pero el cuarto olia un poco mal y el servicio de agua caliente si fue deficiente, ya que no salia hasta pasado media hora y se desperdiciaba mucha agua, ya que en el servicio me comentaron que dejara correr el agua hasta que saliera.

La ventaja es que se localiza en un lugar céntrico y la limpieza es buena. Pero las habitaciones son muy pequeñas; el agua caliente tarda en caer; se escucha mucho ruido tanto por fuera ya que la calle está llena de ambulantes y por dentro escuchas todo lo de otras habitaciones; en la habitación no hay un teléfono por donde puedas comunicarte a recepción
