DONT STAY HERE!

Nothing at this hotel works! No AC, no hot water at all, lights don’t work in shower or most rooms, loud buzzing sound from the machines out the windows. The staff pretend to not speak English when you have concerns and hung up on the hotel.com rep 4 times so they don’t need to deal with issues. They don’t answer concerns and call security if you make complaints in person.

The property is really old and not well maintained, the receptionist staff is not polite or helpful at all. I had 2 rooms booked and both bathroom were really dirty . The building is dirty

Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay at this property. The room smelled very musty and moldy, and after we showered, there was water all over the floor. There is no Wi-Fi in the room just in the lobby and the pool area. The staff were pleasant, and the breakfast food was nice. Sadly, wouldn’t return.

Air conditioner in room not working and room floor soaked and wet from condensation. Front desk not helpful at all, said they were working on it but never did anything. The whole facility is run down with no upkeep. Have stayed here multiple times but never again. The facility, the staff and the service were all sub oar. Save your money and your disappointment and book somewhere else, The place is the Pitts. Beach is pretty but you can get the same beach in a different Resort. Don't book here you will regret it. I know we do.

On était déçu car c’était en plein travaux On as pas pas eux le service qu’il faut Puis il y’a quelques mois le déjeuné était inclus la c’était 30$ us par jour ….. il y’avait aucun animation… boîte de nuit ect …. Rien cela . On peu meme pas recevoir un invité pour 1 h ou moin … il faut payé . Cette hôtel est plus monétaires…. Juste l’argent qui les intéresse rien d’autre .
