Pros - nice area, nice suite Cons - only bathroom on 3rd floor. No condiments including salt or pepper for cooking We booked a one bedroom suite and when we checked in, we were given a 3 bedroom 3 level suite. You could only use one bedroom, so we chose the one on the 3rd floor. There were only bathrooms on the 1st and 3rd floors so when you came into the house, you had to go up 2 flights to use it. It was a very nice suite other than that with a beautiful view from the top floor. There was everything you needed in the kitchen, very well equipped. We were surprised they didn't even have salt and pepper.

Excellent accommodation consisting of a 3 bedroom, two level townhouse with large furnished outside deck, fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Well situated to town and only a two minute walk to the beach.

The place itself is great. Check in was great and got plenty of advice. Basically like a row house in a compound with everything you need. Kitchen great, balcony, comfortable bed, really clean, very spacious. Literally two minutes from a beach area and 5-6 minutes walk from the shops and restaurants. Very good location. The only sticking point is that the wifi is very poor. Hotels.com said free wifi with no fine print. But if you go to the hotel website it states not all units have wifi. So I emailed and asked for one with wifi. They gave it to me however a) had lots of issues with connectivity and was often slow (even just for email) and to get it I needed to be in a specific area of the unit closest to the reception (where the single access point is). When I tried to bring this up and mentioned calling hotels.com, the staff who was there yelled at me and was very rude (first time I was spoken to that way in NZ!). They should just disclose that the wifi is weak on their third party sites. So if wifi is not important to you, I highly recommend this place

Great location

Close to the beach and walking distance to grocery, restaurants, and the town centre. A great apartment with a garage and laundry. Caution to anyone with mobility issues, there's lots of stairs.

Over Rated and Over Priced

Spent two nights in a 2 bed condo - Unit 40. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, sheets were like sand paper, bathroom smelt terrible, spiders and ants everywhere. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and location wasn't too bad. Sorted and chose this hotel off guest rating... won't be doing that again.

Great location

Excellent stay, fortunate to get an upgrade and the apartment was very well appointed with modern appliances and very close to the beach. The view from the master bedroom was very nice and the balcony was a great size and perfect for relaxing. Wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night.
