Hôtel qui pourrait être très agréable mais ....

Hotel sans vie, (épidémie coronavirus et saison Des moussons). Nous devions être entre 40 et 70 clients. Malgré ce petit nombre de clients, le service était déplorable. Le personnel, qui était plus que suffisant, se trompait dans la prise des commandes (même les commandes les plus simples du style : 2 pasta du mois et 2 pizzas du mois). Nous avons reçu 3 plats sur 4 après plus de 45 minutes d’attente. En plus les plats n’arrivaient jamais ensemble. En fait nous mangions chacun notre tour à la même table 😡. Vu le peu de clients, ils avaient regroupé l’ensemble des cartes des différents restaurants dans le resto principal ( Fiesta).... C’est peut être aussi pour cela que nous attendions aussi longtemps nos plats !!!! Concernant les chambres et les espaces extérieurs , une rénovation s’impose. (Mauvaise isolation thermique (Fenêtres et portes en vous rongées par la pluie et le sel de la mer) et acoustique, rouille etc) le hall d’entrée , quant à lui est magnifique 👍. La plage près des villas est très belle, par contre celle près de la piscine ressemble à une déchèterie. Les infrastructures sportives sont là mais très mal entretenues. Le coin pour les tous petits avaient l’air très sympathique (non pratique car nous voyageons avec des ados). P En fait nous avions l’impression d’être déjà en quarantaine avant notre retour en France. Si nous avions su ça avant nous aurions annulé notre petit séjour de 4 jours (qui nous a semblé une éternité) et serions restés à Singapour 🇸🇬.

The staff were all very nice and friendly. I was really disappointed to find out that the beach is closed at this time of year. Booked 3 nights here for the beach pics advertised. Pool beautiful. Food was just ok for us. Mattress very hard. Rooms need updating. Very low iccupancy due to Covid 19.

Amazing resort, everything is clean and well kept, all the staff are well presented and attentive. We had one small problem, spoke to ANITA at the front desk, she handled it quickly and professionally. DAVID on the front desk was also very helpful. Highly recommend this resort.

Great place to stay enjoyed everything. Food was very well prepared and tasty. Staff were attentive and well trained. Property is huge and well maintained. Had two minor incidents, Anita immediately took control and speedily dealt with the situation professionally. Could not recommend this hotel enough for what is has to offer.

I have booked 3 rooms altogether and realized that the fittings in our rooms were a little old and rusty. The bottom of bathtub in my room was covered with old stains. We stayed on the 3rd floor.The inhouse telephone had a dirty smell and we dare not put against our ear and mouth when we used it.

+ . plenty of free activities to be engaged in. . beds were clean . check-in, check-out, concierge, housekeeping staff were very efficient and knowledgeable in the area that they were in-charge of . housekeeping was quick to respond to our call . many choice of food for lunch & dinner . great buffet breakfast . free shuttle from ferry terminal and plaza lagoi . free bottles of water every day . massage price was reasonable . beautiful beach - . toilet walls, sinks and bathtub were moldy . resting area in the room has visible stain

GREAT experience Private Villa with Pool

Booked the villa with a few other friends. The villa condition was abit old, and plenty of insects around. Our villa got a free buggy to ferry us around the resort, and since our villa is away from the reception, we have to take turns to share the buggy. The pool was nice too, we had a fun time in the private pool.

ホテルから徒歩で３６ホールのゴルフコースに行け、気分が向いたら当日でもゴルフプレーができる。リゾート内にフェリー発着港もあり、大変便利。浜辺に建つ「Nalayan」レストランは雰囲気も良く食事も美味しく一番おすすめ。

Place was good. Did not have half the events that were advertised. We went during Christmas. Didn’t have anything apart from the carols. Kids were very bored. Spa was fantastic. food quality for buffet lacked quality. Concierge -Khadafi was very helpful. Gave the right information that even the guest services couldn’t provide. Very friendly staff. Well maintained rooms.
