This is an apartment with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, 2 toilets and showers, really luxurious. The apartment on the 3rd floor faces to a very noisy street all night, screaming, music, cars until the morning. There is no cleaning of the rooms, no answer to the phone and no one to talk to, I was missing toilet paper and towels and there was no one to turn to.

Overall rating is low since I couldn’t stay due to restrictions and requirements. This appears to also be an apartment complex. I had to book another hotel. Sentral East did not give me a full refund. Careful booking this location. Be sure to read all thats required.

I had a great experience, the place was very clean and well-kept. In a great location and around a lot of local restaurants and bars. The only downside being there aren't that much cooking supplies (cutting board, knives, etc.) but other than that I think its a wonderful place and highly reccomend!

Very nice place although check-in/out is a little awkward. Kitchen has bare minimun with small coffee pot and only two small pre-measured coffee packets. We always travel with our coffee but there were no filters for using our own coffee. Paper towels worked okay. Water pressure was good but showerhead ended up being a stream. I'd stay there again.

The property was clean and well maintained. Check in instructions were clear. Close to a lot of options for food and bars, but far enough away that it is not overly noisy. Air conditioning kept the apartment cool.

The only thing I did not like was that there was no trash can that I could locate in the kitchen or remote to the TV in the living room. But it was so beautiful and comfortable that I honestly didn’t mind much. Gorgeous spot with amazing food options right outside!

I needed a full kitchen for one night. Sentral offered an apartment that was perfect for what I needed. Clean, well-appointed, secure, and convenient. I highly recommend Sentral.

Unaware that SXSW was in it's final two days. Streets were closed. People were drunk and everything was outrageously expensive. Property was great. Parking is extra at $25 a night.

Great location.

Great building with all the amenities you could want. Use the garage parking as on street parking is limited. The couch wasn’t very comfortable but then again we weren’t sitting watching tv for very long. It would have been nice to have a few chairs on the patio rather than having to take the kitchen chairs in/out each day.

The communication or lack of communication between property after hours was a horrible experience. But in all honesty its not the propertys fault. But the airline we chose. For delaying every single one of my flights. At least 6 times.

I got locked out of my room for an hour, and had left my phone in my room, thankfully there was a lovely couple who assisted me in contacting the Sentral team to get me back in. Although weird that my code was no longer working? Anyways very nice place otherwise.

Stay at Sentral in Austin

A few days before check-in, I got ten emails back to back from Sentral that my balance was due, and I had to pay them directly. I booked through the app and saw the funds removed from my account. I had to pay at the kiosk by check-in, and on check-out day, I got another email that $1400 was due. I called the property, and they emailed me to contact you instead of calling. I need a call back from someone to explain what is going on. The space is nice and clean, but it’s loud, a club across the street with a rooftop. Really loud place, I don’t recommend if you’re on a work trip.
