設施完善，入住跟退房都很方便安全，落地窗阻隔噪音，全程都很舒適安靜，入住前有訊息通知，聯絡詢問都回覆快速，硬體設備都很齊全，除了無筷子與馬克杯之外，其餘廚具與盥洗用品皆有，大廳整潔，備品床鋪齊全，會推薦很讚，冷暖器安靜無聲，於櫻花季節入住，等電梯也快速。入住程序可是先登錄很方便。

This hotel location only takes 10-15min to the train stations and Dotonri. Fast check in and checkout. The room is little tidy for four of us and four luggages

チェックインの手順は前日にメールがくるので、それほど煩雑ではなかった。ただ専用端末の通信状態が悪くオペレーターさんの音声が聞こえないので手間取った。チェックインもチェックアウトも全員分の顔写真撮影がある。 部屋は快適だった。ベッド下や換気扇などの細かいところは清掃が雑な部分もあるが、水廻りが清潔だったので良かった。

電気やペーパーホルダーなど、微妙に使い勝手が悪いところがあります。 連泊の場合、タオル掛けがないことに困ります。口コミを見ていたので、ダイソーの突っ張り棒で対応しました。 朝のチェックアウトの時間より前から作業に入られており、1基しかないエレベーターが使いにくかったです。

Small room but clean

Location is near to train station, room is clean but small, ceiling is lower, shower room is small too. A bit issue for check in process using tablet, Internet is slow, only 1 tablet to use even 3 tablets are proveded.

We had a great experience; our room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean while still being affordable. Excellent location close to shops/food and trains and easy self check-in as well. セルフチェックインのホテルは初めてで、以前の口コミでチェックインの仕方がわかりづらいと記載があったので心配していましたが、特に問題なかったです。 タブレットの問い合わせボタンを押せばオペレーターとすぐにテレビ電話が繋がり、迅速に対応してもらえるので非常に助かりました。 事前にメールで問合せをした際も返信が早く、親切な対応で良かったです。 お風呂の排水溝の流れがかなり悪かった点と、ベッドと壁の隙間にお菓子の袋のゴミが落ちていた点は改善を望みますが、それ以外は満足です。

Ok hotel, horrible check-in

The hotel in itself is ok but the check in process was terrible. We received no info in advance and had to videochat on a tablet in the lobby for a good while before we got the right information. This could have been done smoother. Every time we were in the lobby a new group stood there with the same problem.

The location was good; however the overall experience was disappointing due to the following: - Only virtual reception was available - No safe luggage keeping at foyer - Electronic check-in steps were abundant - The elevator space was tight - Room for three was too small - Rubbish bags had not been removed for two consecutive days; some guests discard rubbish to the central bin on their own - Table and chairs were foldable - Shower head was weak - Mattress and pillows were not comfortable
