Gli spazi esterni sono molto curati. Le camere sono spaziose e molto pulite. Gli animatori sono stati molto bravi e mai troppo invadenti. Il ristorante self service proponeva ogni giorno diverse possibilità di scelta.

Hotel room and common area dirty

First we must mention that the staff at the reception desk were very helpful and friendly which may be the best part of our experience there. When we saw that the the stairs leading up to our room is completely full of dust balls made up of dirt twisted with dried up leaves and hair we should have taken this as a sign of what we could expect inside the rooms...as if old water stains and handprints on the flush handles of the bide next to the toilet was not enough to tell us that the room has not been properly cleaned before we checked in....we also saw 3 suspectful crimson colored stains on the lid of the metal trash can in bathroom next to the sink...somehow being on vacation and wanting to keep things light and stressfull we didnt report this to the hotel concierge right away but we didnt. After we have already changed and stayed in the room for more than 30 minutes we felt that it would have been annoying and a bit late to report the problem so we did a bit of cleaning on our own and stayed the two nights that we had already paid for. In hind sight we should have said something to give the hotel a chance to improve themselves. I guess we didnt really feel like anyone really cared in the first place and speaking to the manager about it would have only made us appear as those difficult and unhappy guests. The hotel has lots of potention which is why we decided to take the time to post this review so that they could better train their cleaning staff.

Animazione valida e posizione della struttura

Direzione assente , qualsiasi cosa fuori dal pacchetto è pagamento addirittura i teli spiaggia che anche in Egitto danno gratis . Ristorante scarso e ripetitivo il menu e mi sono fermata solo una settimana. Stanze piene di muffa sulle pareti pulizia scarsa e nessun consiglio o opuscolo x visitare l isola se non a pagamento. Notare che ho scoperto da sola che fuori dalla struttura passava un bus che girava tutta l isola con 1 euro . Rimasti al turismo di 20 anni fa forse è il caso di aggiornarsi un po sulle strutture attuali

Situato in una zona tranquilla.

Abbiamo alloggiato da poco in questa struttura. Ci siamo trovato veramente bene, dalle camere al personale e cibo ottimo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Bel villaggio su una fantastica scogliera

Villaggio molto curato e ricco di verde. Camere arredate in modo semplice ma essenziale, pulite e spaziose. Cucina varia e buona. Non ha spiaggia ma è affacciato su una fantastica scogliera con accesso al mare tramite scalette. Punto di forza del villaggio l'animazione composta da ragazzi divertenti e mai invadenti.

Valtur a misura di famiglia

Una settimana splendida in uno dei più bei posti d'Italia, in un contesto davvero suggestivo e ricco di storia. Parlare del Valtur senza rimarcare la sua fantastica animazione, il buon cibo sempre fresco e saporito, a gentilezza dei camerieri e la competenza del personale sarebbe limitativo. Inoltre, la presenza assidua del direttore della struttura e la possibilità di interloquire con lui permette di portare all'eccellenza un'esperienza di vacanza già ad alti livelli. La struttura in se è posizionata molto bene, collegata icon il centro tramite la linea Tarantola Bus che copre con 14 corse nel periodo estivo (Luglio-Agosto) tutte le esigenze. Poi, dopo le 19 e di notte, i taxi sono sempre a disposizione. Che dire, Favignana è un bell'esempio di "Sicilia a misura di turista".

La struttura è in un posto magnifico

Punta Fanfalo è meravigliosa, la struttura non è recente ma è dotata di tutto ciò che serve per rendere la vacanza bellissima. Piscina e annessi ok, ragazzi club valtur bravi e rispettosi anche di chi non ama partecipare alla vita del club. Valturland per bambini ottimo! Cibo medio ma ci sta!

Villino sul mare ok. Camera carina, terrazza bella x la posizione ma poca curata. Ristorante: cucina a volte ripetitiva. Pulizia da migliorare. A volte arrivando nel ultima ora degli orari pasto non era disponibile sempre l'intero menu. Da un club Valtur ci si aspetta di meglio.

Allegro villaggio nella stupenda Favignana

Ho soggiornato presso questo villaggio turistico ad Agosto 2014. Non appena arrivati al porto di Favignana, manca il servizio navetta ed è quindi necessario usufruire del bus (linea 1- fermata Punta Fanfalo) oppure dei taxi privati (poco economici). Al nostro arrivo, l'accoglienza è stata cordiale con disbrigo pratiche di registrazione svoltosi in breve tempo in presenza di personale cortese e competente. La struttura del villaggio è essenziale, nè troppo grande nè troppo piccola ma ben curata in ogni dettaglio. Camera confortevole, provvista di tutto il necessario e adeguatamente pulita. Materasso e cuscini tuttavia scomodi ed eccessiva umidità all'interno. Ristorante ben strutturato, si trova facilmente posto a sedere e lo spazio dedicato al buffet è ampio tale da non permettere che si creino lunghe file. Colazione mediocre (poca varietà, poca qualità e bevande calde erogate solo dalla macchinette) . Pranzo e cena molto buoni con ampia possibilità di scelta (benché poco varia nei vari giorni): antipasti gustosi, primi eccellenti, i secondi un po' meno, dolci nella media, acqua e vino illimitati. Mare stupendo, benché non sempre fruibile a causa del vento. Consigliatissime le gite presso le altre spiagge dell'Isola (cala rossa in primis). L'animazione è stata una delle cose più belle della vacanza con punte di eccellenza tra gli animatori (Gabriele, Marco e Alessandro) e con spettacoli serali sempre ben curati e mai noiosi o fuori le righe.
