Nice stay

It was really good, Michelle Nava was very nice & friendly, since we changed hotel from Disney to downtown L.A., we arrived the hotel way too early than the 'official' check-in time, she helped us to store our luggage and we went to the outlet for the day. The hotel is in very good location, not too far from the metro/subway station, lots of shops/restaurants around the metro station, of course, there are Hilton, Intercontinental more close to the metro, but we are not talking the same price level.....

Worst customer service ever!!!!

Very awful service and I regretted booking in this hotel. I’ve never been treated in this way in my entire travel experience. The front desk was rude and disrespectful with NO customer service. I will NEVER book at this hotel, particularly in This location. This kind of service should never be tolerated and patronized. Book at your own risk!!!

For a "superior" room --the biggest disappoint is there was no in-room fridge; we had to go to a different floor to get ice that won't last too long before it melts. I have never gone to a hotel without a mini fridge. The wall outlet was coming off on one side of the bed, there were a lot of dust on the crevices of the room specially the AC area, and the most minor one was there was no proper cup. The staff was pleasant though.

This is a wonderful hotel that is in an area that is going thru a transition. Some very old tattered buildings nearby with new luxury places across the street. I stayed two nights to attend a concert at the Regent Theater. I found it very convenient to walk to the downtown core (only 15 minutes). I found the hotel very quiet and service very friendly.
