Spent 11 Nights in Feb 2025. 3 groups of families visiting from Canada. The bedrooms are huge and kitchen facilities are more than adequate. Very clean and safe. Reception was always willing to accommodate and were very friendly. We had a rental van but Avondale railway station is just steps away. Would definitely stay again.

Room was awesome, especially for the price. Was not expecting to get a full kitchen and a huge room for the price I paid! Really nice to have the car park included as parking in this area would have been tough otherwise. I had a courtyard room, and this gave me a patio with access right to the car park from my patio door. No complaints on the cleanliness of the room either, everything was great. Would stay again if I was near!

Extremely clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, quite large with toilet separate from shower. Strong wifi and right across the street from the train station that takes you smack downtown. When the train service is interrupted for repair, they run a bus to replace the train, it stops a bit further. Washer and dryer available on site at no extra charge, amazing. There’s not much around in terms of stores or restaurants but it didn’t bother us since we ate downtown before returning to the hotel. Highly recommended, great value for the money.
