Todo muy bien, la relación precio beneficio me parece correcta, mucho mejor que otros hoteles de Chetumal, solo que está como a 7 cuadras del malecón, pero los taxis no son caros

Pros: Fast efficient friendly check in and bellboy service. Had a quick dip in the pool and it had bar/food service. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Quiet respite to the outside. Parking was easy. Overall I would recommend. Cons: there was the same room service food/tray in the corridor for our entire stay. The safes don’t work in the rooms.

Buena ubicación

Excelente ubicación, comodidad y buen servicio por parte del personal. Tenía acceso directo a la alberca 👍 El frente del hotel parece estar en reparación, tiene otro nombre, el área de la alberca es obscura y en el baño se ve algo de moho lo cual no da un buen aspecto.

owner was there and immediately took care of problems we talked to her about. really interested in fixing things while we were there, rooms nice, beds comfortable, need some improvements, but overall good stay. restaurant just ok but they say making changes to improve menu.

Es un hotel algo viejo que lo han mantenido en buen estado, sin embargo les falto limpieza en la habitación donde nos quedamos, no habían cambiado las sábanas de la cama y estaban sucias, falló el agua caliente había que hablar a recepción para reportarla La alberca está muy padre aunque le hace falta más limpieza ya que tenían basura orgánica y mugre La comida en el restaurante está muy rica y a buen precio Tienen amplio estacionamiento y el servicio del personal es muy bueno y amable

It’s a beautiful hotel, we were put in the third floor and was told the elevator worked and when we tried using it, we were told we can’t use it without calling the bellboy! The tub was slippery and the shower head was old.
