1 Night in Los Angles/Hollywood

We checked in at 2:30 in the afternoon with no problems. Our single bed with 4 pillows was very comfortable. The fridge worked, we didn't use the micro wave. The next morning check out was a breeze. When every we are back, we'll stay there again

Location, location, location! Location is the best you want when travelling in Hollywood and LA. 10 min ride everywhere. We used Uber all the time. Breakfast- small dining area, constantly running out of food. we got very dirty room, I dust a bit. Fridge made horrible nose. I complained. Nothing was done. I just unplug it for the night. We used self laundry which was really nice, but facility is very old and pretty dirty.

It is conveniently located becide the metro station so easy to travel around the LA downtown. You connot beat there price on Saturday night stay. Not the hotel you would spend the day inside the hotel, but everything you need for a night stay is there. A bit noisy with amburance and cars as it is just beside the medical facilities.

The pool was the best part. Clean heated saltwater pool. Location is great too if you want to do the hiking trails or see hollywood.

The property was fine, however there is a crack you can fit your hand under on the bottom of the doors to the rooms. The airconditioning was very noisy also. The room was moderately clean, but more attention to detail would be nice, as we found sticky take put menus and garbage on the floor from the last guest. When we spoke to the manager he was rude, abrupt, and dismissive. We asked for a room change because of some small issues like the crack under the door. The manager argued with me for approximately 10 minutes before his coworker agreed that switching rooms would be the easiest. Later in the afternoon when we thought the new room was ready to switch into, the manager said we can no longer switch because another guest is now in the room. Throughout that situation he was rude and disrespectful. Unfortunately the situation was never resolved and we dealt with the poor room.
