very nice

Very nice reception, the lady at the reception desk was very polite and helpful, i got in a few hours before my check in time and with out a fuss she got me a room right away. for the room i was very happily surprise, the room was a lot bigger then i thought, it had a full kitchen(sink, microwave, dishwasher and a full size frig), a living room area and a nice comfy bed. the bad point would be the ventilation system is noisy, easy fix i turned it off at night.

Good hotel for business

Comfortable hotel with good amenities. Stayed here on business. Room was clean with nice kitchenette. My business associate and I spent 1 full day there discussing our work and holding conference call meetings in the room. Internet worked well. The only issue I had was that my phone in the room. When I dialed "0" - supposedly to dial the front desk - it dialed the AT&T operator! So I had to phone the hotel full local number to talk to the front desk. They said they could send up maintenance to fix - but not to worry. I just told them I needed a wake-up call then and there. I would definitely come back again on business to stay multiple nights.

A decent hotel, good value for money

A fairly good hotel but not quite up to the standards we are used to for Hyatt House Hotels. All in all though, was good value for money. Staff were helpful and room was clean though a bit worn. Strangest part of the hotel was the breakfast room that seemed like a bit of an after thought...best parts of the hotel were the laundry room which had lots of machines and laundry detergent on hand for the use of guests, and the pool and hot tub. Also can't beat the breakfast buffet and dinner buffet which are included in the room price.

This "Hyatt" location shut down while we still were there. On the second fmday there, We left for the day and came back to everything gone. Anything that said Hyatt had been removed from rooms (Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.) Without notice. The front desk didnt have much information and advise to speak to the manager on Monday, all this happened Friday night. Just a terrible experience.

This property is no longer a part of the Hyatt network. This was not disclosed to us until it eas time to check in and the front desk agent told me she had to remake my reservation. The rooms listed in site are also not correct. My reservation was for a two bedroom suite but i was informed that those tooms no longer exsit and haven't for over 3 years. The staff was friendly and helped in the best ways they could. The lack of communication was the most unerving part of my visit.

Front desk/manager she is very rude. If she doesn't likes her job she need to go and find another one. Our check in was terrible she didnt wanted to help because my husband doesnt know english. I called if he could of stayed 2 more nights she didnt wanted to give me information she hangs up i called back i told her i was not finished talking and she replies with well I'm done talking to you. Never again will i come and stay there. SHE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER

I was not allowed to check in. I was told at the last minute the the hotel was overbooked. This is so upsetting. I paid when I reserved to avoid these types of problems. Requesting a full refund!

A few things to be aware. This property has no rooms with two beds on site, though the website allows booking for such. The bar is there but not open. The outside seating area is VERY noisy. The fan in our bathroom had no switch to turn off and was pretty loud. Beyond that it was a relatively good stay. The breakfast was good with an omelet bar! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and very accommodating. Would stay again, but the website needs to be updated for accuracy for offerings.

Let me start by saying this place looks dirty/run down from the outside. I booked this room at 8am morning of check in after most of the city lost power due to passing storms. I called the hotel at 2 to confirm my reservation, & see if the room would be ready early. I was told it wasn't ready, which was fine, confirmed reservation. Get to hotel at 3:45 their are 8 guests in the lobby waiting to check in. Rooms are still not ready, I'm told give them 20mins. 45mins later they start checking in guests. When they get to me I'm told sorry your room isn't available. The manager told me some of their guests that were scheduled to leave that morning decided to stay, which is why they didn't have a room for me. I was offered a room with 1 bed. If it would have just been for myself that would be fine, but it was for my family of 5. When I said that wouldn't workd, she did "I'm sure you can understand". I told her I absolutely did not! When those guest that were scheduled to leave said they wanted to extend their start they should have been told I'm sorry but the room is not available we are completely booked. Then those guests would have had time to make other arrangements. When I told the manager that, she told me she wasn't going to go back and forth with me and that my room reservation had been canceled and I would be refunded. Management waited until 4:45pm to tell me I didn't have a room. All the hotel within 100 miles were completely booked.
