Excellent location in Riga.That's all I can say positive abt this hotel. Very basic hotel and I'm really surprised how did they received 5 stars.Bed was uncomfortable, the same goes to blanket and bellows. Very pure breakfast.Despite of the high temperature outside and inside the room, airco didn't work.

Kun hotelliin tulee sisÀÀn, aula on ihan lupaavan nÀköinen, mutta huone ei vastannut odotuksia: lattialla oleva kokolattiamatto oli likainen ja siihen sekÀ muihin huonekaluihin oli pinttynyt likaa. Kunnon lÀmmitystÀ ei ollut itse huoneessa (oli tuotu erillinen lÀmpöpatteri) eikÀ kylpyhuoneessa (lattia jÀÀkylmÀ eikÀ huoneen patteri toiminut). Puheluun ei vastattu. Televisiossa vain yksi kv. kanava (TV Monde). Minibaarissa oli avattu vesipullo. Lauantaina huone siivoamatta vielÀ klo 16. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was good. The cleanliness of the sheets and mattress was atrocious. Vile stains on the mattress which was not covered by the sheets as they were too small to fit over the entire bed. Totally unacceptable.

The rudest staff EVER! We had to change 3 (yes three) times our towels and sheest (which we had to change ourselves in to our bed!) until we got even tolerably clean ones. There was maybe 15 degrees celcius inside the hotel and the sourpuss behind the desk just retorted that they are not going to put the heat on until October (we were there in September). Breakfast was cold eggs, cold bacon, cold and dry everything. Sometimes I really wonder who gives those stars to hotels or maybe hotel staff themselves?!?! This hotel is no more than one star hotel. I really don't recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

Location is the BEST ! The room was spacious and quiet after 11:00 p.m. The minus was that there was NO breakfast at first morning although it was included in our reservation.The receptionist said that it is impossible to call to the manager or owner and fix it because they do not not work on weekends . The Wi-Afi was not working for 3 days. The closet doors’ve been stuck.Then in 3 days a man from owner’s family came and fixed everything at once . The breakfast was good later on. Suggestion: Be aware that the bathroom floor is very slippery when it’s wet and protect yourself.Yandex taxi cost 2.1 E . Hotel taxi 10.0 E

Leider schmutzig und vom VorgĂ€nger gab es noch Duschgel im Bad eventuell war das Handtuch nicht frisch. Es wirkte unaufgerĂ€umt und lieblos. FrĂŒhstĂŒck im Keller war schrecklich und wenig Vielfalt. WĂŒrde das Hotel nicht buchen!

Hotel liegt sehr zentral direkt in der Altstadt. Dadurch war alles sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Leider wurden wir sehr unfreundlich empfangen im Hotel bei unserer Ankunft. Die zwei Zimmer waren relativ gross und gut ausgestattet. Jedoch rochen sie etwas muffig. Auch nach dem Einschalten der Klimaanlage oder öffnen des Fensters, der Geruch blieb bestehen. Leider waren auch einige Dinge im Zimmer beschĂ€digt. Die Klobrille war locker, die eine Scheibe in der Dusche fehlte und die GlĂ€ser beim kleinen Balkon waren zum Teil zerbrochen. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Jedoch liess der Service zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Man musste das Personal auf alle fehlenden Dinge am Buffet (zum Beispiel die Gabeln oder die Spiegeleier) aufmerksam machen. Die Kaffeemaschine ist wohl eher fĂŒr einen Vier-Personen-Haushalt gedacht, denn nach zirka jedem 6 Kaffee, musste Wasser nachgeschĂŒttet werden. Und dies geschah meist auch erst auf fragen der GĂ€ste. Die Tische wurden lange nicht abgerĂ€umt und nur mĂ€ssig gereinigt (zum Teil mit blosser Hand schnell ĂŒber den Tisch gewischt) bevor ein neuer Gast Platz nehmen konnte.
