From arrival to departure, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay there. I stayed in room 433 and was pleased when I opened the door. It was clean and a cute room. I would only suggest the refrigerator and microwave be upgraded and the shower curtain replaced. Thanks for your hospitality and making me feel comfortable during my stay.

Good place to stay when in Port A

Great room, clean and spacious. The room staff was outstanding, even knocking to see if we needed towels. The only complaint was the front staff. She had an attitude. Every question we asked, she commented that was not the way it was supposed to happen. The directions are vague. It places you on the beach; if you miss the small opening, you will end up at the wrong location next door. They have an address that brings you to the front office; I do not know why they do not use it.

The first room was dirty and full of sand. It smelled super bad, the towels were dirty as well as the bathroom. The manager was rude he said the room was better and cleaner than the one they switched me to with a rude tone. He didn’t take responsibility for having dirty unclean rooms he was rude when I asked for another room. The beds in the new rooms were hard and full of dirty spots and the room was crawling with spiders, the house keeping didn’t even have clean towels nor were they helpful in cleaning up the room; I do not recommend this hotel spend your money somewhere else.

The best thing love about the property is its location- the beach is a few steps away. Room smelled clean, however, someone forgot to clean the coffeemaker, used coffee filter was still inside. Toilet water pressure was kind of low. Other than that, it was great. Front reception was great. Will still book this property again.

Needs some hp

Office was closed during check in time. When she came back customers outside waiting to go in and when she unlocked the door she didn’t let us know she was back. Also, keypad to door didn’t work. Had to go back to office maintenance had to let us in. Room was clean. No breakfast here. Price was high to for the type of room.
