Our stay here was incredibly affordable considering we were a block from the beach and boardwalk. We could walk to all restaurants and coffee shops with ease. Beautiful room-clean and refreshing. Great communication! We will definitely be back!

They need to be more upfront with parking. There is none and the local parking (if available) is a lot per 24 hours so add that to the price. No pool, both are located at sister sites. No lobby hassle free check in was great. Newly renovated, nice buy cheap facade.

My wife & I had a great wknd! The Surf Club is located in perfect area downtown, close to boardwalk & beach also restaurants..loved it! Room was nicely appointed. Hope to hit it again!

The bed was amazing! The large rainfall shower was a hit with everyone . Brand new construction and room with a modern feel. Only a couple minute walk to the boardwalk. Kids loved the pool as well! Definitely will be staying when we are in the area.

Went for a weekend trip. The hotel was very clean, very comfortable bed, but overall room size small. Great location to beach and boardwalk. Had some trouble getting TV to work. Staff communication was good.

Excellent!

Our room was wonderful! It was clean and everything was new. Quiet. We were close to the beach. We had a nice tv with tons of channels. Communication was fantastic. An excellent breakfast/lunch restaurant is right next door, on the property, and made it perfect to save time for the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The black building in the middle of a shore town was….odd. But the room was updated and clean. The shower was great. The pool needs a complete overhaul and didn’t seem very clean. Location was perfect BUT the parking lot is five blocks away which proved to be a big pain.

Great location (block from the beach and boardwalk) and not a bad place if you're just looking for a bed to sleep in. The room was clean and the bathroom was pretty nice. But I've stayed in "invisible" and "concierge-less" hotels before and this one was pretty middling. The guest platform they use was not functioning well and it took hours to get a text back, which was often just a canned response or completely unrelated to the question asked. I thought maybe I was talking to an AI for awhile but then I'd also get really short, unhelpful responses to basic questions that I had to ask several times. The price is also not differentiated enough from a regular hotel to fail to provide basic hotel amenities like an ice bucket or a bed that wasn't from IKEA. It was fine.

The good stuff: 1. AC was really quiet & shower water pressure was really great. 2. Room and Bathroom were newer. 3. Bed sheets were clean, bed was a little soft but ok. 4. Towels were clean. The Not so Good Stuff: 1. The room is a little tight for 2 people but for a couple of days its ok. 2. Mirror only in the bathroom was a little tough with 2 females when getting ready. 3. Floor was dirty, found food next to the small refrigerator, dirt in corners of the rooms, and the rug under the bed was totally nasty, dirty and stained. 4. Also found a pill lying on the floor in the bathroom so I know they didn't clean the floors, kept shoes on all the time. 5. Disrespected our privacy - We were staying for 3 nights and they only gave us 4 towels. When asked for 2 more towels we were told that management had to check the towel situation as if I was lying. I also asked to pick up the towels and have no one enter our room and when we returned to the room we found 2 extra towels in the room. I also had a "do not disturb" on my door and I ask them not to enter my room, that should be respected and it was not....that was extremely disappointing. Even if they knocked what if I was a sound sleeper and didn't hear them??? 6. Oh also the walls are very thin and we heard EVERYTHING that was going on in the room next to us like we were in the same room. 7. Not having parking was also tough.

Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect and we were right near the boardwalk. The only trouble we had was looking for parking as there’s mostly meter parking. However, the room was nice and the location was perfect.

We liked how close to the boardwalk and restaurants we were. We don’t like how small the rooms were, we felt like the pictures online made it look bigger with more amenities. We also did not like how we had to pay for parking for 3 nights and no beach tags were provided.
