THE PRIVILEGE FLOOR by Lotus Blanc offers 23 air-conditioned accommodations with fireplaces and minibars. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. Amazing staff made for a great stay.

This hotel is a little out of town but staff was amazing!! So helpful. It is a bigger hotel so you will see tpur groups there - so buffet while good was a bit busy. Loved our room and the view overlooking the city and the pool.

Excellent place to stay, very friendly staff

The hotel was beautiful, the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The coffee was poor (fairly standard in Cambodia) but there was an great cafe right beside the hotel. I would put this hotel on par with the Four Seasons. Excellent hotel, wonderful lovely staff.

Everything that you need and want can be found at this hotel! - Spa Service is great and very decently priced - They arrange pick up and drop off at the airport for free - They an arrange all of your tours for you - Food was amazing! - Great pool, and never overcrowded

Incredible service beautiful hotel

i do a lot of travelling internationally and can honestly say that I have never stayed in a hotel with such an incredible high standard of service from the staff, luxurious facilities and amazing food and drink at such an affordable rate. I think if everyone experienced the Lotus Blanc Privilege Floor and a visit to Angkor Wat or Siem Reap at least once in their lifetime the world would be a better place. This is not hyperbole. The earnest, friendly nature of the staff is so charming and helpful. The massage spa is classy and rejuvenating, the setting in a nation with such an interesting and spectacular history which has largely been retained intact makes it a bucket list destination. You will laugh, cry and be spiritually rejuvenated. Special thank you to Nato, Domi, Anna and Paul . You r great people doing great work.

Miles and Smiles of Hospitality

Everything about our stay was easy, welcoming, clean and accommodating. A beautiful resort. Rooms were spacious and well taken care of. The staff were quick to help us with any requests and always with kindness and a smile. A few things we thought were a little expensive such as the laundry service and cocktails, but we’re on vacation and like supporting the resort. We took taxi from airport and were very happy with the 5 star treatment we received from the driver, who spoke very good English, the help and information he offered along the way, and the comfort and cleanliness of his car and excellent driving ability. We needed a van for the four of us and our luggage and were charged $45 USD. It was well worth it after a long flight and hot day. Don’t miss taking a tuk tuk from the hotel to Pub Street especially at night.

I love this place! I extended my stay 2 more times…staying a total of 10 days. Great staff. Great property. We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are good. Beds, linens & decor was nice. Great water pressure. Staff will arrange transportation to activities for you. My only complaint would be to ask for more consistency in the kitchen. Restaurant Staff was friendly & helpful but need more training. I was a restaurant manager & catering chef so I pay attention to the details most people don’t notice. Other than improving consistency & staff training in the restaurant it was great at both locations. Breakfast was great. Loved the pool side BBQ nights. Highly recommend and we will definitely return!!
